The owners of this place do not have the slightest respect for the customers, as it is possible that they have the place closed at 2:30 pm due to a cash cut (they have only one employee) with the heat and traffic of the place, in addition to that They are so intelligent that they close for cash out at exactly the same time as the gas station in front of them, meaning that if you come through this area at this time you will not be able to buy anything at any of the 2 gas stations, what idiocy. Then they complain about the economic crisis but do not realize their mental crisis. From what I read of the many bad opinions and similar cases, the owners don't care, the country's managers should close their business.

Receipts doesn’t have prepaid car wash code!!! No refunds ?? Please double check before purchasing!P.s Just solved the issue, they gave me another car wash code. So if anybody has the receipt without car wash code can come by and get another car wash code. Thank you!

I went to Marathon gas station to purchase some gas for my car due to low fuel. I went inside to pay and the cashier was very nice and friendly, she attended me with no hesitation as well gave me my purchase receipt which some gas station doesn't do they just throw away. The gas prices has gotten quite expensive but other than that I was treated with respect. The next time if I'm in the area to purchase gas I most definitely will give my gratitude to the cashier how she has handled professionally customer service. ?

Horrible customer service. I pulled in and the first pump had a sign that the key pad wasn't working. The second one had a sign that the pump wasn't working. Went to a 3rd pump and they keypad wasn't working, but there was no sign on it. Went inside to just pay cash and the cashier didn't speak any English at all and immediately got an attitude with me when I tried to explain that I didn't speak Spanish. Paid for the gas and went to fill up my car, and it turned out that that pump wasn't working either. Went back inside to try to explain it to her and she wouldn't even look at me. She just kept looking out the window. I understood just enough to figure out she was going to refund me the rest of the purchase and to just pay with my card at the pump, but again, they keypad wasn't working. At that point, I just left. I had a similar experience with this same cashier a few months ago too. I don't understand why the manager hired someone who isn't able to provide basic customer service unless the customer is able to speak Spanish. I won't be buying gas there anymore.

Juan C is the opening manger. Dont close to the location around 7:00am. He lock the store down for 15 min and has customer waking in the parking lot.?
