Exceptional service provided by Marco Glass & Mirror! Victoria was so responsive and professional! She would provide me with all the options for my shower, coordinate with my building for bringing the glass in and provided a great service overall! Francisco was so nice to work with, and the attention to detail and quality of the work was superb! Thanks overall for getting my shower to look amazing and have it be a good experience!

IF ANYONE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONALS AND WHERE THERE'S NO HIDDEN FEES ETC ,THEN LOOK NO MORE ,JUST GO TO MARCO GLASS & MIRROR IN NORTH MIAMI AT NE 125 ST.WE WENT THERE FOR A ONE MIRROR WE ENDED GETTING 2 BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO CUSTOMIZE MIRRORS AND HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.THE MIRRORS WERE NICE,AND WELL CUT. WE ASKED FOR THE SIZE WE WANTED AND THEY CUT THE EXACT SIZE.WE ARE MORE THAN PLEASED AND WE RECOMMEND THEM HAPPILY AND WE KNOW THAT THEY WON'T LET YOU DOWN FOR SURE.

Gave them 2 opportunities to work with me. Never did they deny nor confirm if they can perform service - they left me there waiting for weeks w/o a response from them. And, they're not too far either; located 11 minutes from my condo! Either they're overworked, don't do HOAs or just don't care. I'm not interested at all.

Worst place ever and also expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house they glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hung the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached, mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone!Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done, they refused to refund the $200 paid.Called them many times after they didn't answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and that place closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160.Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we hace everything documented.Avoid this place! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!This is the answer to your response!You are a liar!Albert is my partner not my contractor and you don't have any idea on how to work this mirrors and the materials to be used, you are dangerous .The installation of the part attached on the wall was done perfectly and in fact was used to hang the new mirror and new mirror is still there.You are promoting yourself as a professional to work on glass and mirrors but you are not, the tinny metal glued with silicone is a prove that you don't have a clue.Tropical glass glued a similar metal but a lot wider than yours and used a real strong glue, specially recommended on mirrors and the mirror is still there, we asked them the same we asked you they quoted it 20 % cheaper and did a professional job, system used by them was the same you used but better quality, don't try to foolish people putting the blame on the customer, I'll be adding pictures soon.Go order the same mirror in tropical glass and try to copy them, maybe next time you will do better.

We used Marco glass for a shower enclosure, as well as tinted UV film for our windows. From start to finish one of if not the best experience we've had with a S. FL service provider throughout our entire condo guy rehab process. Marco glass was a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional, helpful, friendly, always on time, and provided outstanding services in all aspects. Highly recommended.
