Is so funny how they close at 9pm but isn't even 6pm en printing department is shut down. The worst customer service too.

I purchased a Brother printer from the Miami Beach store . Did not need a printer. I happened to have it in my car and was passing by a Office Max in North Miami Beach. As soon as I asked the employee and explained that I purchase the item from a different store, he threw up his arms and said, inonly can return it to the location that I purchased it from. I had him call the manager. After 10 minutes on the phone. The manager decided to take the item back. I had to explain to the manager. That when you buy something from a brick and mortar store. The purpose is so that if you have any issues or want to return the item. You can do it any location. When I was walking away I overheard the employee say / what nerve people have.!!

It was 3 people before me and all I needed was to laminate one page. It was 2 girls working but nothing was moving. I stayed for about 35 minutes before they asked for my paper and about 15 more minutes when they finally got to it. They take bunch of not needed information like address, email, etc. Instead of separating and helping different clients, they were following each other and watching each others work. I had to leave and come back because I couldn't wait anymore

Horrible customer service. The lady from print station is very unhelpful and rude, the manager doesn't even care about clients. If you are unhappy with your job, change for other one. Stop being miserable

STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE PLEASEEEEE!!! I would literally hand write the Declaration of Independence with a broken crayon upside down swinging back and forth over a fire pit before I ever returned to this location. It's one thing for the machines to be down, 6 down is crazy but I don't care about that part, This was the worst experience I've ever had to date in any place of business from the lack of help for the elderly using the machine, that is only one open at that. The self service machines are confusing to some older folks and they need to be able to bounce questions off of employees without attitude. That irritated me most, outside of sitting in line for an hour for a copy of $1. No way.

This place really needs more staff. I have to literally wait 30 minutes to get anything done through print services. It just doesn't make sense. I shouldn't have to wait that long especially if the store is practically empty. I will not be returning.

This store does not deserve a star. However, I was at the printing department. I was waiting for someone to help me. No one acknowledged me or asked me how they. can help. It seemed like they did not know what they were doing. I was there on Wednesday, January 15th a little after 8 PM. The young guy was rude and responded with an attitude when I asked a question as if he was annoyed because he couldn't do his job correctly. In which he was with another customer and didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. I have been there multiple times to print documents and never had this issue. An addition, I've worked at that location for 2 years and never gave an attitude like towards any customer and acknowledged each one. When I called to ask for the young man name, the young lady that answered the phone was rude, asked multiple questions and kept me on hold for a long time. Management needs to be enforced and the employees needs training on etiquette and how to do their tasks.

Today was the second time I've walked out of this store. Nobody pays attention to you; even acknowledges you when you are standing there trying to get something printed. If someone does notice you standing there they point to a sign that gives you instructions on how to print your own thing but I need a receipt and a lamination. I see that they're short staffed but the fact that nobody seems to even take the time to notice you or at least give you the benefit of the doubt is super annoying. Wasted 45 minutes of my lunch break today and got nothing accomplished....I can't with you guys.
