Horrible customer service, they saw me standing there for 49 mins and these people had the audacity to answer my question half of it. Then came back and had to wait another 36 minutes I have a two year-old driving me crazy trying to be patient and wait and get these people have the audacity to tell me that I had to go to the self service center when they told me to go back to them so they can print it out for me because it was a special print.

Terrible service. I waited for an unreasonably long time, only to be told that I needed to complete my request online. This could have been communicated from the start, saving me time and frustration. Extremely disappointing experience.

Print service is very Horrible.
Manager and employee don’t know how to work with printer. They don't know how to do double-sided printing. They also don't know how to set the print distance from the edge of the paper. I DO NOT recommend using the printing service in this department.

At Office Depot, I went to the self service station to do everyday on my own, but ran into an issue when I could not print a legal document. The service specialist knew almost immediately why I could not print and directed me on how to create an order online and send to their store for pick-up immediately. I was frustrated at first to have to do it, but pleased that it did not take as long as I thought it would.

I went print to Office Depot to print some Christmas cards for customers. I met a young lady name Katherine. This what I will remember when I see her professional, kind, respectful, understanding, creative.

I went in today to print. Lolita, the Office Max Employee, was all over the place. A huge line to print. I don't mind waiting, but when she was assisting me, she was also assisting 3 other people going back and forth. Not saying it's her fault, but the manager needs to get more people at the printing services when it's busy. Horrible service.

I only gave 5 stars for Lolita and Brandon every time I come in this store they are the only ones working. Lolita is an older lady that does all the work, while all the other employees just stand there like idiots. Brandon does his best to help every customer! Shout out to Lolita and Brandon. The rest of the employees need to be fired!

There is not one self service copy print machine that works. None of them can read a USB stick so none of them work. None of the employees are aware of this and some of the employees Do not even know how to work the machines stay away if you have urgent business to do printing or scanning etc

I just left this store to make a copy, where I had money on their card but it didn't work. And they have made me lose an hour, first I go to an associate who asked me a thousand times what was happening with the machinery, she came over and made sure that what I was saying. I check the card like a thousand times and in the process he made me take a photo of the PDF, which in the end was too small for me. Then he made me go to the cashier who couldn't do anything either. In the end I bought him a card, I put money in but I told him to give me back the money for that card that didn't work, he told me in English what I had to do but I didn't tell him. He understood, so with enthusiasm and attitude he came and put in all the numbers and made the card work. Now I wonder, wasn't that what the first employee should have done when I asked her for a favor? Gentlemen, do not make copies in this place since none of them want to work because they only focus on their work. They are still working. I don't understand the stress they cause clients and they don't want anyone to bother them. This is what I got after this lady told me to take a photo of her
