“I went in for an oil change, and unfortunately, they forgot to secure the screws on the under cover of my car, leaving it loose and scraping the ground. I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. “This place is awesome. after going to 5 places and getting estimates ranging from $1500.00-$2500.00 they faxed my problem for $270.00 including charging the AC system. super honest and they did great work. going back for 2 new tires Wednesday. everyone else wanted $300.00 for 2 tires plus mounting and balancing, they only want $200.00 including mounting and balancing”

“I have been going next door to Alonso Transmission for several years and I asked them to inspect a Nissan that had been parked for years and advise, as I want to give it to my daughter. Ralph took me next door to Betancourt shop and introduced me to James. James was excellent to work with. The car was riding rough all around and James advised taking care of the brakes, struts and shocks immediately and consider the mounts to stop the vibration later. I did everything but the mounts and drove it around and decided the mounts were worthwhile. What a difference. I have been driving it all over town and it runs great. I appreciate James listening to my concerns and getting the car running smoothly. Andre is courteous and makes a point of smiling. Ralph has always treated me and my cars well and his guys are a pleasure to work with.”

“This place can be super busy but if you can get lucky and it’s not, they have great prices, tires and services such as tire rotation, tire repair and alignment. If the tires are bought here, the rotation is free for the kids of the tires. I’ve had mine for three years and they’re still in great condition in part due to the rotation 3,000-mile tire rotations.”
