I didn't really spend that much time inside the Ross. I only went because I was returning a pair of Crocs that my friend bought me for my birthday. The shoes didn't fit so I returned them, before I did I scooped out the shoes section to see if they had the same Crocs in my size but there was none in sight. I ended up buying a bracelet holder and getting store credit with the difference after returning the crocs. I gave it a 4 stars because I never had any problems shopping there and it was empty to the point where you could shop in peace and check out in a quickness. I'm always going to return since it's one of the closest Ross to me. Anyhoooo, until next time, Later!

It's good, if you search you find the boxes a disaster, you can spend almost an hour in line to PAY.

The place is not pretty, it is a market but if you search you can find very good quality clothes at a very cheap price of 5 to 15 dollars and brand names, you just have to know how to search, they are indicated by sizes.

In this season all the stores are well stocked, with tempting prices that catch you and it is difficult to leave with a piece because it is impossible because you want to take everything with you even if you don't need it.

Did some Xmas shopping at 7pm and it was so busy, the cashiers are completely overwhelmed and understaffed. Where is the management to help these ladies with this store. There’s lots of great finds but prepared for a 45 min- 1 hour wait to checkout. At least the staff was courteous and not rude due to the holiday madness.

It's good, but people keep it messy and honestly it's better to go early.

Stepped in here for some AC and a little shopping while waiting for our room to be ready at our hotel down the street and I'm almost convinced it was hotter in the store than it was outside. It was so stuffy, it was actually difficult to breathe. I'm very aware we were in Miami and I am very aware of how hot Miami is; I live in this state for goodness sakes, but I don't think it should be more miserable in the store than outside in the shade. The store is dirty and not at all organized. It's difficult to find anything and very difficult to move around in. I felt like I had been packed into a sardine can. We made our way to the back of the store and I had enough of the "coziness" so it was time to leave. I was just way too crowded in. If you have trouble with closed spaces and being to close to people, this is absolutely NOT the store for you. I didn't interact with anyone who worked in the store other than the security guard at the front when we were leaving. He was very kind and gave a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. It was really pleasant speaking with him (darn it, I always forget names). Accessibility: Navigating this store easily in a wheelchair... absolutely not. I mean, it can be done, but it is difficult as the aisles are very small. Even the main aisles from the front to the back of the store are very small. Accommodating to my Service Dog.
