01/12/25 round 1pm. Cashier was very rude and disrespectful getting very hostile with me about the car wash. I let her know it was malfunctioning and she went irate and called me a idiot in Spanish. That's not how you supposed to treat customers.

I was not able to get my recipe. The machine. Shows printing but nothing. Came I went to see the cashier and a lady. Who was cleaning. Was saying. Store closed. Ignoring my question. I need to get this proof of payment for my job. Now I cannot submit the expense. Over 20$. Thanks very much. Bad.

Not open 24 hours. It closes by 11 pm and it is not open at 5 am. Shell is at that location stop their pump.

This lady closed the gas station at 9.30pm when it should be open until 10pm. Actually on google maps says it’s open 24 hours. The machine didn’t give me a receipt and I need it to present it to my job. The lady refused to open to give me the receipt. Very bad service.

Very Very Very bad experience every single time I walk into this gas station. Hispanic man with a limp has the worst attitude AT ALL TIMES. He gets argumentative when he rushes the transaction when in fact I want to enter my # to use my rewards, but it's always the customers fault that he has to void the transaction in order for the customer to enter their number. Dude always wants to argue, doesn't know what customer service is what so ever. GET THAT MAN OUT OF THERE!! Not even surprised other folks have issues with him come to find out on these reviews. I have called corporate a few times already regarding his total lack of professionalism. Also they are NOT 24 HOURS. They close EVERY NIGHT.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier who wouldn't sell me a tobacco product. I couldnt tell if he was under the influence or completely ignorant but after explaining to him that I was of age, the sign in the shop was incorrect, and that he can make the calculations himself, he completely ignored me and decided to act as if I was not in front of him even though I had other products on the counter. He sold me the product with an attitude after I went to another employee to confirm my age and then shorted me on my change which leads me to believe it was ignorance. Do not waste your time here I dont doubt that he’s been giving people the improper amount of change for however long he’s been working there.

There is a Hispanic male with a limb, he is so unprofessional. I was there on Saturday and I was waiting for the customer to finish so I talk to him, so he showed next, mommy next, and when I got to the window I ask for the gas, but forgot to tell him that I have the rewards, and he has place the amount of gas in the registered, but he then got upset and said"you supposed to let me know that you have the reward."My response was that you need to slow down you're going to fast." his response was that you come in her with an attitude." So I immediately left because I work hard for my money and I will not tolerate the rudeness of any employee. This is the second time that I had an altercation with this same person and I walked out. When somewhere else is working I don't have any issue. I believe just because he has a disability that he can say whatever he wants to me.

Welcomed at the door with a warm heart greeting, cashier was also very heartful, their restroom was clean, awesome job everyone thank you for being open so early

Need footage from surveillance. It will show who stole tickets off counter. The clerk told Police his side of the story. Let's see what the cameras show??? Tickets stole between 9:20-9:50 PM 10/29/2021. Clerk told Police the owner said they can't review cameras
