I've been renting here for over a year. I have 5 units here due to closing some of my stores and operating online. I love it here Rob and Barbara have always been very helpful. I love how I can quickly access my units I have 2 in the 4th floor and the rest in the first and 2nd floor. I feel like my stuff are safe and protected. This is a very safe facility and I highly recommend it. It's alway kept clean all over the place. Trust me I've been to other storages and none beats this one.

People are living in the 4th floor and the staff knows about and refuse to fix the problem. The people come around every time I'm in my unit. I don't feel safe for me or my things. I have contacted corporate and they ignored the problem too. The people are so comfortable there they set up lawn chairs in the hallway, speakers, food trays etc. and you cant even walk by, they refuse to move out of their now living room.
