If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money. Horrible Customer service. All the way from the one-to-one conversations in person and online, to the execution of the final product, everything was poor quality.Since the first communication online, the customer service was deficient ; When I suggested changes I wanted to the custom made product, the responses were snarky and somewhat rude.Talking about the product itself, it was delivered with extremely inferior quality. On one of the visors, the logo was evidently embroidered wrong. At the first glance, it was clear that there was thread missing and looked uneven. They proceeded to deliver this product even though I did not approve it. Not to mention it took three weeks to make.When I brought it up to the staff in the store, a bigger authority figure came outside and stated: “Do me a favor and never come back.” This was exceedingly disrespectful and inconsiderate to customer service. Their bitter, vindictive demeanor reflects their cheap work. I paid what THEY wanted and it was delivered in poor quality.

The shirts were super cute but the shirts took about 5 weeks to get here and I was constantly calling the place and she would tell me another date every call. Service is bad but the shirts come cute....after 5 weeks.

Worst service I've ever seen. I wish I had read over other reviews before going here. Gave me a day to pick up shirts. I called, no answer . I sent text, emails, and phone calls over a three weeks span. Unbeliveable. Definitely don't waste your time!
