The worst experience I ever had with T-Mobile! Went in looking to upgrade and trade in my phone and Keke, the “manager” processed an upgrade without a trade in without my knowledge and told me to mail in the phone. I come back because I never received any communication about returning the phone only to find out she never completed it. I go back in the store to resolve my issue and she’s cursing and screaming at me because of HER mistake and threatens to call the police.

50 minutes of the employees trying to sell us phone plans, cases, screen protectors, when we made it clear we only wanted a new phone with the same phone line. The man told me that my mother’s plan was the worst even though it is a T-Mobile plan….. then he scanned a power brick, that I DIDNT ask for, without even telling me and added 20 dollars to the total. Terrible experience at the end tried to sell me another case and told me that I’m cheap for buying from amazon instead. AVOID THIS T-MOBILE!!!

The girls gave great customer service but today some guy with braids made fun of my broken screen saying they don't have a replacement for my phone, which would have been fine, I can just go to another store, but he was not welcoming or helpful at all, gave sarcastic comments and laughed in my face.

This is the only T-Mobile store I'm willing to travel for because of it's amazing customer service!!! I had over 13 business lines with Sprint(Customer for over 10 years) and Joel and his staff made it very easy to transition over to T-Mobile. I send all my employees to them and they always return with their problems solved. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I just want to say that Tmobile better be paying Ari or giving her bonuses for her outstanding customer service. She explained everything to the T, and answered all my questions. I recommend this store 100%. Thank you Ari, you are the best!

They lied about the promotion price,they lied about what my monthly bill would be. I switched to them because of the promotion but got home to a text saying my bill was twice the amount they said it would be Customer service fixed it for one month then it went back to the inflated amount .I’m tired of arguing with them so I switched back to metro PCs. Bye
