In Florida they refused to do important wire transfer. I am handicap with service dog..no debit card and I don't use a phone. Incompetent John Rodriguez refused to make accommodations for my disability which is federally protected class under our 14 amendment. Ada laws from Martian Luther King civil rights amendment

Today is September 2nd 2025 the time is 2:09pm... explain to me why there is no long line or a lot of people inside the branch but extremely long wait time? ....TRASH STAFF!!! everyone is tired trying to burn the clock ...came in at 1:48pm and finally left at 2:15pm
