“Randomly called Francis after a basic google search looking for local shops and I’m glad I did call him! He took me the same day I called and was able to fix my tires which both had decent sized holes in them. He also pointed out that my tires hadn’t been rotated (even though my dealer said they had been). That showed me he truly cares about his work and the customers. I reside in Broward County, but drove this location because the Service I received on the Phone from Alex sealed it for me & and I was spot on. I called the both locations in Broward County, but the service was very lackluster.
He is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch friendly service and support. He took the time to explain and guide me as to where I needed to locate information on my vehicle that was applicable towards my tire purchase . Alex exceeded my expectations.
