We filled up the truck, and they marked it down wrong and charged us $55 for gas. I complained to corporate but we haven't heard back from the manager. Be extra careful with this location.

3 reservations only one had the truck ready to be pick up. I called for the other to to confirm the 24/7 truck pick at 5:30 am and the woman that answered the phone assure tha she will leave the keys in one of the pick up boxes. But I did not happened had to call customer service and they save the day by finding a a truck even thought it was smaller it was enough to be able to use it for the farm share and transport food for the donation day in the Little Haiti Cultural Complex.

The worst place to rent. I don't know how it's possible that I've been there for 30 minutes and they don't help me. The workers talk and are not polite. The bosses don't do anything about it. Don't go to this store, it's garbage.

Complete disaster. Lack of knowledge, communication, customer service skills to say the least. Van ingested with roaches that I ended up bringing home . And so far they said: “no refund”

This is the worst place to get a U-Haul! Everyone has an attitude and they try to steal your money every time. They give you the truck and in the contract they write the wrong millage then they try to get you for lots of money. Go somewhere else

Plan your stuff on weekdays. U haul in total has had GOD AWEFUL TERRIBLE communication and this specific location doesn’t have a guy there on weekends to do anything. Never doing this again.

I haven’t experienced this bad of customer service in a very, very long time. I was so upset I called customer immediately. If I had time or more help moving my thing out of storage I promise I wouldn’t have taken the truck and went elsewhere. To make matters worse I was treated this way by the general manager.

Horrible! They closed early the day of the equipment return and charge me an extra day with insurance for not returning it on time. Buyer BEWARE. Scammer Alert!!!

Check out process was not clear and management failed to inform me until I called back the following day because of an additional $50 charge for a “late” check out. Management was not courteous or kind in waiving the fee due to a clerical error. If you can rent a U-haul truck at a different location, I strongly suggest it.

It was the worst experience! For starters I booked a truck a month ago to pick it up at 9:30am , I also booked helpers to start at 10:30 am giving myself enough time to go pick up the truck and meet them at the apartment.
To my surprise, when I got at uhaul at 9:30am my truck WAS NOT there, whoever was using it before me had not dropped the truck off and the girl that was helping us the only thing she could say was “well you guys are going to have to wait until 12 that the truck is dropped off because I don’t have another truck for you” MIND YOU there is more than 20 trucks that I can see in the parking lot at that moment.
How is it even possible that I did a reservation, and there was no truck for me. It is extremely stressful because time when you are moving from an apartment to another is not something you have to just wait around, so for her to just say that was extremely unprofessional.
Ended up going to another Uhaul which was further that what we wanted, which is again an inconvenience hoping that they had the truck available, extra miles that we had to pay , but at that point honestly we NEEDED to move.
You guys definitely need to do better, and I will never use your services again, because it was completely unacceptable that we had to go to another location, to see if they hopefully had a truck available. It is not my problem that you guys don’t know how to organize yourselves, I am a business owner myself and this is NOT how you do business.

The U- Haul truck was dirty, animal hair all over the truck and seats, the seats were dirty, the truck smelled very bad like funk and animals (cat/dog). I sneezed almost the entire trip to and from the U Haul station. The two guys who helped me with check in (returning the vehicle) was very nice and understood my frustration with the vehicle condition. The trucks "Tire Maintenance (Low tire pressure light came on with 1 hour of having the truck. I returned it imminently, I was only 5 miles from the station, I also called to advise the rep. at the station of the (Tire Maintenance light coming on). U-Haul of North Miami

I rent a trailer for a day. In returned the trailer they keep charging my credit card every day. Now they took way pass the amount they were to take.😔

They never called me to let me know my car was ready. I tried calling a few times to ask, but I was immediately put on hold, and after waiting for 20 min each time I hung up. When I walked into the store to drop off my car and to pick it up there were 3 employees standing around talking to each other. They did not greet me and made me wait while they finished their conversation. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
