I enjoy the payment date not being due until the day of your move in. I like that it’s not so demanding to the payment being due on the first day of every month.

I've had two storage units in the north Miami facility now for at least 2 years. Overall I've had a very satisfying experience. The facility is very clean, well air conditioned, and there's no dust, dirt or grime accumulating on my boxes and items in my storage space. I came in a week ago looking to consolidate my two spaces and I had the good fortune of being helped by Sarah who was in the office at the time. She helped me consolidate both units into one bigger unit consequently helping me lower my monthly fee. There's no better customer service then the one that's good for the customer's wallet! Five stars all around for StorQuest and Sarah. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great staff. Courteous and professional. Nick the manager took the time to show me around and explain how the facility operates. Clean and secure.
THEY NEED MORE CARTS AT THIS LOCATION. EVERY TIME I GO IT'S A SEARCH MISSION AT EACH OF THE 3 ENTRY LOCATIONS TO FIND A CART. PLEASE, PLEASE GET MORE CARTS.
Otherwise, I love this place.

Terrible company! They deceive customers with their rates: you sign a lease for $ n, then in couple months they send mail to last known address (where we just moved out from), NO EMAIL (although they have it and send invoices there) and just charge you almost 2 times more, pointing that you can’t get any refunds, you are subject to lease amount changes and literally say that they may keep increasing it, sending mysterious mails!!! Moving out and never coming back!

Great place, friendly staff and great prices. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because they use a locking system for the storage unit that requires you to buy the lock from them, and they charge 3 times what they cost. On top of that, I keep finding pieces and parts of the locks they use annd sell all around the location, inside and out. Doesn’t make me feel secure about using their lock.
