Last week, 03/13/204, I went to inquire about undelivered mail. I stood in line for about 5 minutes before she could tend to me. The reason she took so long to assist me was because she was preoccupied with her cell phone (looking down at her phone). When she did acknowledge me, she was very unfriendly, and unprofessional, almost felt like she did not want to be there. I proceeded to explain to her the reason for my visit. I want to add that she made me feel like I had no reason to be there, or my concern was not valid. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was unhappy with the way she handle a simple concern I had. I stepped aside so she could assist the next customer, and waited about 10 minutes when I asked again when the supervisor would speak to me. The clerk shouted towards the back room to her supervisor, which in her response, shouting, I may add, that she was busy. I became upset and decided to leave. The level of professionalism that they displayed is reprehensible and unwelcoming, truth be told, I hate going to this post office.

This location the associate are rude!!!!! It’s close to where I live it’s a shame I have to go to another one just to receive good customer service. I came in there around 12:30pm there was only two associates one of them decided to close her register early and start her holiday weekend mind you they close @ 1:30pm. That’s so inconsiderate!

Bad service and lots of attitude from employee name shiela. Eating while working some time she play on her phone why customer are waiting. I have pre-paid packages and I need them to be scan. ( post office lost my packages before) she doesn’t want to scan at all. One day on my way to pick up my daughter, I have 3 packages need to be scan. When my turn come. She put out the sign said “ next window” and start counting money. That time is around 3 pm. Post office closed at 5 pm. She don’t want to service me. I think she did it on purpose. Terrible service and full of attitude. She lucky to have a job. Don’t like service job. Why don’t you just quit shiela.

Went to pick up my package and was told they did not receive packages and so they sent the package back. I checked with sender and was assured package was delivered. I returned to this post office the next day and was told they had received the package but sent it back. Both Fed Ex & Amazon have closed this account because my package reports being delivered. Who has my package? This is a portable washer, kind of hard to lose! Looks like the fox is guarding the hen house!

Someone needs to retrain the little girl in there... Hand her the United States postal manual and make her read it over and over again. I've been to several postal service locations throughout Miami. I have never had any postal representative tell me that I could not take a picture of an envelope with the postage affixed to it. I paid for it why wouldn't I be able to take a picture of it. The young lady tells me that she would have to take the postage off of the envelope and give it back to me in order for me to take a picture? Not only does that not make sense but I did not have time to argue with her about it. But seriously wanted to ask her to show me in the manual or the law where it says that. These were legal documents

I went to this post office located on 995 nw 119street I paid for next day delivery for 29 dollars only for them to loose my mail I went to the post office they couldn’t give me no explanation they wouldn’t allow me to speak to the post master I called the customer service number all they did create a ticket .they can’t tell me where is the mail and they wouldn’t give me back my money it’s now going into the 3rd day no response no help this is ridiculous I feel like the don’t care no one is being held accountable the workers give you that d*** look what’s the point of having supervisors just take up tax payers money.

Once again my package was delivered to the wrong address. These carriers need to start being held accountable for lost packages. Once again I have to go door to door like a golden retriever dog and pray and beg and hope that they are honest enough to return my package. Seriously my address is on my mail box. How hard is it to put the package over the correct fence? Several times my neighbors elderly mother has had my packages handed to her.?♀️?

The employees here are just nasty! They so so busy gossiping and get mad when you interrupt them. You ask them a question and they get mad just nasty and rude.

Worse post office in Miami. Carriers constantly write that the packages have been delivered and they haven't attempted delivery. First class packages held for days with misinformation written, like attempted, delivered or not at location, then when you complain the packages appear a few days later. Mail placed in wrong mailboxes around apartment complex and when you call directly into post office to speak with supervisor they do not answer phone. If you make an complaint through USPS customer services, you are told that you will get an email or phone call from local post office and it doesn't happen.

They lost my passport or they stole it I'm trying not to go up there and make a scene but if my passport doesn't get scanned I'm going to have to report it stolen and file for a new one which is big hassle already and they are just adding to it

Not all of the employees who works at this location are always courteous and helpful but I would like to recognize and say thank you to I. Vassell, not sure if she still works there but she was one of the kindest and helpful workers I’ve dealt with at this location. Some of the other workers at the window counter are just horrible. No eye contact, on their cell phone while servicing you, and just shows they are there for a paycheck and don’t care about doing their job properly. Saying Hello won’t hurt! Learn customer service skills before clocking in!
