I wish I could give e a zero. Several times they didn't delivered the package saying they could not access the destination. The gate is wide open and there is no reason for their lies. USPS should be shut down

People act their WAGE here… BEWARE of Passport photos They take advantage of the ELDERLY knowingly taking Orange 🍊 photos for Passports that won’t be accepted by the Government and continue to take photos and then won’t give people their REFUND! they give Señior citizens a long form to “fill out” in order to give them a refund … Knowing they won’t be able to fill it out…and disappear for hours.

Precious and Rhonda on the morning shift are always friendly and take the time to help as much as they can. Their patience and customer service truly stand out. I’ve noticed the pace and attentiveness can vary with other staff, but Precious and Rhonda consistently provide excellent service.

I had an excellent experience with Rhonda at USPS. She was very patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I wish I could give ZERO stars. The employee with the name RHONDA was extremely rude, unprofessional, frustrated and seems like she hates her job. I wonder If she hates it that much why is she there? She was very rude, every question I asked her about how to ship my packages, infuriated her... I just held my breath, still shipped my packages and left, it's not worthy. But she looks very unhappy

Customer service is the worst. They have this black girl with long hair giving customers a nasty attitude when they ask her questions so when it my turn came she told me I needed to fill out a form and come back to see her, which I did. Her response was go back to the line, you took too long!! What a shame to have people like that working in customer service. She should be fired!!!

I don’t hold particularly high expectations for USPS beyond the basic delivery and receipt of mail. However, the conditions at this facility consistently fall below acceptable standards. There are no basic supplies available, and the lack of staff is truly surprising. Every visit for routine mail errands takes over 30 minutes, often due to malfunctioning machines and inefficient service. I have yet to leave this location feeling satisfied.
I sincerely hope USPS management will consider adding more staff, maintaining equipment properly, and providing essential supplies to improve the customer experience. This community deserves a post office that runs smoothly and serves its residents efficiently.

I set an appointment weeks ahead for a passport booking for my boyfriend... He did photo and the passport for the appointment. Upon arriving he was told that he could not apply for the passport and that they only do photos at that location. This is disheartening consider that passport appointments are not easy to come by, the website should automatically clarify what appoinments they take and not waste peoples valuable time, they offered not resolution for this, just more hastle and stress trying to find a location that does passports for our upcoming trip.

I had a very disappointing experience at the North Miami USPS location. One of the employees, Steffany, was constantly on her phone and showed little interest in helping customers. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed more focused on her personal calls than doing her job. It felt like customer service was the last thing on her mind. I hope USPS takes steps to improve the quality of service at this location.
