I have been coming here for years. Never had a problem here. Customer service has always been great. Everyone is always nice and I’m usually in and out. The workers are all very nice including my mail lady Rose.

These employees here at this location are very RUDE and incompetent. Although I just renewed my box, I will be closing it today!!!!. From the young black female to the Hispanic male supervisor, just incompetent. Yall misplace people packages and have the nerve to have an attitude, no thanks. Id rather go through the tedious process of changing my address than to look at these people one more day. Yall better remember; it's the customers that affords you the ability to be employed.To the person that reads this review, this might not hit home until you are standing in line waiting on them to find your package that says it was delivered...

This place at 143 and Biscayne Blvd is so so so bad that you are not allowed to leave a review for it so I chose the approximate one but this one is located at 143rd St. and Biscayne Boulevard. It was the worst nightmare of a place if you can send your packages anywhere from anywhere else do it or if you have to receive a package here God bless you If I could give a minus score for toxic customer service I would. The people who work here are out of a tik tok horror video with attitudes that belong in those crazed employees who don’t give a hoot about helping you.They took 40 minutes of me waiting.Rude and horrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Was told to stand aside and wait for the manager to assist me. After waiting 45 minutes the manager was yet to show. The woman behind the desk was rude and said she does not controll the manager and that she will come when she comes. As a USPS customer this service is unacceptable.

Horrible place,workers don’t do the job right, don’t scan packages, packages are missing. People, don’t use their services instead use Fedex and if it’s smth valuable always with signature!!!!

Hit or miss... some of the employees are attentive and very helpful like the guy who looks like Michael Che, Rene (younger big guy with afro) and the African-American heavier set, middle-aged lady who is there early in the morning. However, a lot of the staff clearly hate the moment you walk-in and they are always rotating people.

I avoid having to go to a brick and mortar USPS location and this facility is probably mine and a lot of other people’s reason why This location needs a bit of a revamp in terms of customer service and productivity. Came in, waited in line for 30 minutes, said fingerprinting was closed, after driving 25 minutes in traffic. Told me to call a number to make an appointment, called the number and waited 12 minutes to talk to someone, made an appointment for fingerprinting.Then I came in the next day, told me fingerprinting was closed today, the guy who does is isn't there, and they have no clue when he'll be in, didn't seem to care about this "appointment" until thing. Left me holding the bag saying they don't know what I can do...... this is listed on USPS for fingerprinting services!!!!!!!

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this branch. The staff here consistently exhibit a poor attitude, which leaves me puzzled about why they choose to work here if they're unhappy. I've visited this location over ten times to send packages, and each visit has been consistently unpleasant. It's disappointing that they don't reflect the values of the United States Post Office, as customers deserve respect and courtesy. Moreover, it's disheartening to witness them handle packages with such little care.
