“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.”

Not sure if I just have face blindness and can't remember or if there is a large turnover of employees but it seems like a new person every time I go.I don't need or use most of the products as I'm autistic and picky but the tch-a flower selection is okay, sometimes they run low and I think they only stock one brand.Have been a little disappointed my last couple trips since they only had eighths in stock and not quarters, would not give me the quarter price if I bought the two eighths.Also they just deleted every membership point i had accumlated with zero warning or explanation.”

He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products, which I don't always see when I visit this location. Most associates do not have any understanding of the products when you have questions. So I was excited to speak to someone who could give me feedback that I needed. There is almost always a buy one get one 50% sale at this location too.
