Bank has a client in Venezuela, senior citizen. she made a deposit to her own account at another bank with her own check, payable to her From Wells Fargo. Check was returned. This is not the first time her checks gets returned. I left several messages for her official at the account to contact her, deaf ears..... called the brand on Brickell , they never called her.... .She called customer service several times, got transferred from one person to the other, on hold for long times every time....long distance... no internet.... I sent several texts to the official of her account to call her, nothing..... worst customer service ever!!! Would not open an account in this bank even if it is all for free!! There is no customer service for clients...

I found this branch to be pretty efficient with a drive-through deposit and withdrawal during a busy afternoon. It's located directly on Biscayne so it's accesible to plenty of street traffic throughout the day. The ATMs are well lit and operable 24 hours for cash withdrawals at whatever time. The bank tellers were quick with the transaction and I was off in no time. I've come here several times for different purposes and I it to be quite useful. If you're a Wells Fargo customer, you don't get charged the atm fee obviously so that makes it a plus. Cashiers checks are also available regardless if you bank with them or not. Since they're a larger bank, certain transactions are quicker and easier to conduct here and require less involvement especially if you call over the phone.

I was having issues with one of my accounts and according to an online officer, I had to go to a bank in person to have this issue dealt with. So I went to the Wells Fargo located in Miami shores to see one of the Bank officers but it was going to take 1-2 hours because it was packed. I left that location and came here instead and felt more optimistic that my issue would be dealt with quicker at this location. For starters, it was nearly dead inside. There was no line for the tellers, but for seeing one of the bank officers there was only one other couple sitting there and waiting. I signed in and was told it'd be a 10-15 minute wait, which seemed reasonable. Well, 45 minutes later and the couple before me still hadn't seen their requested bank officer yet. The worst part about all this is more people had come in, and now there were another two couples behind us waiting to see people. I kept seeing bank tellers waving to their friends, appearing to be leaving for lunch or maybe work altogether? Then there were the occasion workers just chit chatting with one another standing right in front of all their customers PATIENTLY WAITING might I add. Eventually, the supposed manager appeared and then suddenly acted very concerned with the large group of customers waiting in the lobby. After 55 mins I was sat with one of the bank officers to get my issue dealt with. The guy, I can't remember his name, seemed very nice and laid back, but when I told him that I had initially opened an account when I lived out in L.A and had moved back. My bank had contacted me via email to notify me that my account may have been compromised. Immediately, he called up the fraud department to have them verify a few things with me so they could send me a new debit card. After it was all settled in done, I found out that I apparently could have done this all over the phone. I wish Wells Fargo would have made that more known because basically I waited for 55 mins just to use the phone to have this all fixed. WHY EVEN BOTHER GOING TO A BANK??? *RANT COMING* I gotta say, Miami needs to get its you know what together. In L.A, they had a large amount of tellers, officers on duty and it never took me more than five minutes to have issues dealt with. If the economy is sooo great, then why don't they hire more people??? *End rant*

This is a great Wells Fargo branch. Easy and plentiful parking, easy to walk into. Has an ATM near the front entrance as well as drive through ATM which is a huge plus especially when it is raining. Everything you could want in a bank. Not a 5 star though because the drive through ATM does not always accept my bills, forcing me to park and use another ATM.

I love this wells fargo. I come here every other week on Saturdays when I routinely check my po box, get waxed at uni k ( In the same plaza) then make my way across the street for lunch at chipotle. I've never had to wait an extended period of time in the drive through, the atm, or the inside. The tellers are friendly and my money is safe.... I think :)

I had an amazing experience at Wells Fargo Bank. I've was originally with Wachovia. I had thought about switching to a credit union when Wachovia became Wells Fargo, but I figured I would stay and give them a chance. I am very glad that I did. I don't often have reason to see a teller. Most of my transactions are through the ATM or via online bill pay. However I decided that I wanted to open a small savings account. I am putting money aside for a special purpose and wanted a place to keep it so that I wouldn't spend it. I asked the teller what I would need to bring with me. She looked up my records and told me that I probably only needed my drivers license as they already have my information on file. I told her I didn't have time to open the account that day but that I would be back the next day to meet with a banker. This was on Thursday. Later Thursday I received a call from Mike. He told me that he was opening the savings account for me, he had a few questions. He asked when I would be able to stop by, and I told him I would be there on Friday. On Friday I stopped at Wells Fargo figuring I would have a long wait. However, as soon as I signed in, Mike came over and handed me the signature card to sign, looked at my license, gave me my copy of the paper work, shook my hand, asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He told me I didn't have to wait in line to fund the account, I could do it at home through my online banking. I have never had such great service from a bank, and I highly recommend Wells Fargo.
