Part of my job is to drive around and deposit checks to the banks so I do this every week , this time I decided to deposit the check at this location manager Chris Leon came up to me and started asking me bunch of questions that nobody ever asked me in the bank before and then he took my ID and the check walked away , I told him that I am in a hurry and he said if I’m in a rush maybe I should come back tomorrow.!? after 15 minutes of wait for check verification that I never had do deal with before I told him just give me my stuff back I’ll deposit it somewhere else and he said great lol good job on bringing someone’s business down to the ground , Chris 5starts ?

They implemented this appointment nonsense during Covid and now you can never get any service from any WellsFargo employee without an appointment. I am pretty sure the higher ups at Wells Fargo had the idea to make the appointments in addition to walk in service not exclusively required to get any help. Always a long line.

Customer service has to be able to get you the correct information. M6 question was very simple " can I get foreign currency if I go to the bank?", the person did not know or cared made an attempt to find out he said he needed to transfer my call Foreign Exchange, I waited 10 minutes to get through "my local" bank in Florida but got that guy from South Carolina but since he couldn't provide a simple answer he transferred my call to Foreign Exchange another 30 minutes, useless. *️⃣NOTE I guess just check the website for Foreign Exchange. ( it's a long systematic way to rid of all Personal Customer service and make it automated and this way you learn your lesson don't make THAT call it's your time that's gonna be wasted)

Went to the branch today at 1pm for assistance with a wire transfer. The teller Ashley put her two hands up and said there’s only one banker and she works by appointment only and she’s booked for the day. I don’t know what to tell you.Super rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Makes me reconsider my relationship with this bank.

Poor customer service. Wouldn't exchange a bill in poor condition. Told me to mail it away. Apparently $5 might break them.

I don't know what happened with this branch, it use to actually be pretty good but the personnel running it now…. Let's just say I can't really put my finger on it but the word that comes to my mine is fear and control. I am changing banks, I’ done here. 10-27-22

I felt unwelcome in your bank. I have a good deal of money in my account, and I was treated like a second class citizen. Never again will I ever go.

Wells fargo already sucks, add to that, not being able to use your money to buy cashiers check. Really frustrating. Brunch manager Jordan, came and asked questions about my account, then denied to help. Not recommend this branch and wells fargo all together

This branch is not the most efficient. Only one cashier for at least 12 people. Customer service staff is a bit rude. There no lines for mothers carrying babies or elderly people. Disappointment experience overall.

Sometimes delays are part of life, but Elizabeth and Kevin did their best to help. Elizabeth especially went above and beyond expectations. I am impressed with the care and initiative shown by the team.
