Yesterday, we stopped by this Publix to try to pick up a King Cake, the delicious Mardi Gras King Cake from New Orleans. Not all Publix stores carry it, and you have to hunt it down once a year. We have only been successful one time in finding it in the last 6 years that we have tried. It was at another Publix store. We were in this area today and decided to try this store. No luck! We have shopped at this Publix in the past and always were pleased with the way they ran the store, which to us meant they didn't run out of the products we needed. We couldn't give them 5 stars because Publix prices are always on the high side among grocery stores.

Their fresh fruit salad section is horrible! Even when they have anything there it is not fresh and tastes like puke, not to mention how overpriced it is.

You guys should be ashamed of yourself in this economy that working families spend half a day of work buying extra expensive meat from you and almost a quarter of the package is meat membrane, is like if you as a company is making fun of customers, try harder there's absolutely no need a huge company like Publix deceived us like this , almost forget , they folded the meat so all you can see in the outside a is juicy, fresh and red cut .

I enjoy shopping at this Publix. The staff is always friendly and it's always clean and spacious! I have another location closer to me but prefer to drive 2 extra minutes to get to this one since the other one isn't as nice. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. As for checking out there's 2 lanes for self check out and 2 with a cashier.

Everything is clean and fresh. The displays make everything look appealing, The staff is helpful. The prices are high. But this is located near a friend who doesn't drive any longer, so it's convenient for her. We gave her a ride over. I thought I'd pick up a few things here while she was shopping. However, I just couldn't comfortably justify paying a dollar or more per item than my local grocery in Broward.

Until recently this Publix was my favorite grocery store. But few last visits, I feel something similar to discrimination based on nationality. One worker speaks about politics, expresses his opinion about nationalities. He greets me, calling some nationality. This causes stress for me. I did not think that Publix would stoop to such an attitude towards its consumers. Disgusting. I came here to buy groceries, not to listen to your opinion on the politics of the world! You should be more respectful to all customers, especially in these difficult times.

This location has the WORST customer service by most of the employees, including the managers. They really don't care about the customer and act as if you are putting them out for any kind of service. I will travel a bit further for 4 other locations vs coming back here. So sad this location does not follow Publix normal standard of customer service.

We don't visit this Publix as frequently as we used to but they always have great deals. Staff is usually friendly and willing to help. They added a new self checkout too which has helped speeding up the checkout process when it gets packed. Overall we really like this publix and the selection of products they offer

5 stars for Jonathan at the deli/sandwich counter. WOW. He was incredible. So nice, speaks to customers with grace and respect, and honestly made the best publix sub I've ever had. (Ive had many) It was a VIP experience unparalleled to any other Publix I've been to across the state

I have to share my story about the Apron lady, Ms. Vionette, who took the time to coach me on how to make the best spaghetti and meatball lunch/dinner. I thought I knew how to make spaghetti and meatball but I was all wrong, when it came to Ms. Vionette who suggested parsley, Parmesan cheese, and cilantro. She gave details from start to finish and I am proud to share that, I smashed the spaghetti and meatball today. She was attentive to my need to make the best spaghetti ever and she assured me that I had the best ingredients that she too uses when making spaghetti and meatball for her family. Thanks Publix for my local Apron lady, Ms. Vionette.

I Went there for a quick lunch stop and had a great experience with Laurita in the deli department who made me a fantastic sandwich with great care and excellent manners while speaking. 100% would return just to see this amazing woman :)

Very disappointed in our catering order. We ordered a medium tray of wrap sandwiches and we paid a premium since we ordered Boars ahead meats. The wraps had very little meats and cheeses in them and instead were overwhelming stuffed with shredded lettuce. What a disappointment this was! Especially considering what we paid for the tray. I guess every Publix is different because last year we ordered the same tray from the Publix in Hollywood and we did not have this issue. Bottom line: if you're ordering a wrap tray, do NOT order from this Publix.

I like this Publix. It's clean. the guys who work the aisles are friendly and helpful, but the management needs to stop the cashiers from chatting with each other in Creole and Spanish. That is very rude!!!!

Since the only thing I buy at Publix is their subs and I only order online, I frequently see people losing their s*** which usually seems a little unreasonable, until it I happened to. I lost my s**** Didn't think it was possible but it's clear management doesn't give a flying turd about the lunch rush and adequately staff the deli. Sucks.

Not sure what her name is, but I was helped by a woman at the customer service counter who was extremely rude. While renting the rug doctor I asked specifically if it needed to be cleaned and was told it only had to be drained. When I returned it the woman said she had to charge me a $20 fee even though prior employees told me otherwise. She then went on asking me multiple times "who told you this" as if I was going to remember their names. She then tried to get me to call out another employee right in front of them, making a super uncomfortable experience for both me and them. Also didn't look at me once while speaking and then basically shooed me away when she was done with her paperwork. Wow!
