“Absolutely outstanding experience with Fuse Specialty Appliances! Their level of customer service is truly unmatched. Melanie was phenomenal from start to finish, coordinating everything from delivery and installation to follow-up. They even scheduled a special visit to personally walk us through each appliance and then sent their crew back to make a few adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a company that goes this far above and beyond, especially AFTER the sale. The attention to detail, communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were incredible. I cannot recommend Melanie and the entire Fuse team highly enough. This is customer service at its absolute best!”

751 Northlake Boulevard Suite 1d, North Palm Beach FL 33408
“The owner was able to remove the stuck on long wand from the base of my Dyson cordless vacuum, determine it was broken, and supply a replacement while I waited. It works again and this saved me the hundreds of dollars I would otherwise have spent on a new one. He also shared a lot of information. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and the sea of vacuums needing repairs in his shop testifies to his reputation. He works on sewing machines too!”

If you're looking for quality products and exceptional, old-fashioned customer service, I highly recommend shopping here.”

The wardrobe interior was thoughtfully designed, and the bed frame feels extremely solid. Even after daily use, nothing feels loose or unstable.”

1263 10th St, Lake Park FL 33403
“This place is great! We needed a new fridge ASAP when ours suddenly died. And it wasn’t a planned expense or remodel, so we needed it to be as inexpensive as possible just two days after Christmas. We found a perfect one here that we could take home that same day for over $1000 less than the going price (for exact same model) at Best Buy/Lowe’s/Home Depot. The appliances here aren’t used. But they are out-of-box, sometimes with just minor cosmetic imperfections, for hundreds less than retail. They actually had 3 of the model we wanted in stock at varying price points based on their (seemed to me) level of “flaws.” I actually wanted the middlle-priced one. It had two TINY dings you could barely notice and I was fine with that. When my husband went back later that day, this time without me, with his truck, to buy it and pick it up, he decided he wanted to spend the extra $200 for the least flawed of the 3. He told me later, after he brought it home and I noticed the change, that the sweet (and super helpful!) saleswoman tried to talk him out of the switch and into the lower one. He said she said to him, “Your wife wanted this one,” meaning the less expensive one. She actually tried to talk him down, to no avail, but thank you for trying! Lol. She was also really excellent answering all of our questions while we were browsing, without being pushy, and she stayed late to help him get it loaded into the truck. And threw in some extra straps to make sure it was secure to get it home.In addition to refrigerators, they also have a great selection of name brand ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washer/dyers, etc. Definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.”

“Went in to buy stuff for my new project with my husband. I went inside and there was a handsome boy who was very kind and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. The boys name was Jorge, he was very patient with me as I don’t know much about what I needed and neither did my husband since our grandson will be the one building the shed. Jorge was a kind employee, I could tell he was busy and stressed and he still helped us. He went above and beyond. I will be returning for him.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”
