“This place is great! We needed a new fridge ASAP when ours suddenly died. And it wasn’t a planned expense or remodel, so we needed it to be as inexpensive as possible just two days after Christmas. We found a perfect one here that we could take home that same day for over $1000 less than the going price (for exact same model) at Best Buy/Lowe’s/Home Depot.The appliances here aren’t used. But they are out-of-box, sometimes with just minor cosmetic imperfections, for hundreds less than retail. They actually had 3 of the model we wanted in stock at varying price points based on their (seemed to me) level of “flaws.” I actually wanted the middlle-priced one. It had two TINY dings you could barely notice and I was fine with that. When my husband went back later that day, this time without me, with his truck, to buy it and pick it up, he decided he wanted to spend the extra $200 for the least flawed of the 3. He told me later, after he brought it home and I noticed the change, that the sweet (and super helpful!) saleswoman tried to talk him out of the switch and into the lower one. He said she said to him, “Your wife wanted this one,” meaning the less expensive one. She actually tried to talk him down, to no avail, but thank you for trying! Lol. She was also really excellent answering all of our questions while we were browsing, without being pushy, and she stayed late to help him get it loaded into the truck. And threw in some extra straps to make sure it was secure to get it home.In addition to refrigerators, they also have a great selection of name brand ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washer/dyers, etc. Definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.”

“We booked and participated in a Sur La Table cooking class at The Square in WPB. Beautiful store with a nice selection of eclectic and durable culinary delights. Class instructor was warm and friendly. We liked her a lot. The class itself was super fun. We were able to bring a bottle of wine and indulge while cooking in a team of four. Kitchen was clean and laid out very well for holding a class of 12 participants. We had a blast. The food was delicious. Did not give five stars because I believe we should have had an opportunity to sit down and enjoy the meal that we cooked instead of standing over the stainless steel prep station while attempting to enjoy the meal we just cooked. I think we could do better with that. Perhaps some seating could be available to properly enjoy the meal at the end of the course. Overall a very good experience except for eating standing up at the end.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”
