I have wooden stairs, and instead of possibly marking the stairs with the handcart, they carried the washer up the stairs and carried the old washer down the stairs. “We booked and participated in a Sur La Table cooking class at The Square in WPB. Beautiful store with a nice selection of eclectic and durable culinary delights. Class instructor was warm and friendly. We liked her a lot. The class itself was super fun. We were able to bring a bottle of wine and indulge while cooking in a team of four. Kitchen was clean and laid out very well for holding a class of 12 participants. We had a blast. The food was delicious. Did not give five stars because I believe we should have had an opportunity to sit down and enjoy the meal that we cooked instead of standing over the stainless steel prep station while attempting to enjoy the meal we just cooked. I think we could do better with that. Perhaps some seating could be available to properly enjoy the meal at the end of the course. Overall a very good experience except for eating standing up at the end.”

Then today reached out to me to remind me again, because he remembered our conversation last week, and knew I had planned on paying my account off in full by the deadline date. “I walked in to purchase a generator, and it showed on line, on the app, they had 2 in stick, we couldn't find any, Walked up to customer service, the young lady named Benita, helped us, she did a great job, calling around other store to see who had the product IN STOCK, the other store also hung up in her 2 times, and she told them how rude of them to hang up on her or the customer that's drove all the way out there for nothing. Benita helped me and my husband find what we needed very friendly lady, it was worth driving out there for the 2nd time.... thank you Benita”

“Wide variety of the most common used plumbing parts to assemble stuff both in rough and final phases. Bring your wallet though especially if you're unfortunate self does not have an account. Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”
