“Where do I begin, Charly’s did an exceptional job- you would never know I hit a parking pole when pulling out of a space. I went to Tesla and they refused to repair only replace. I went to another body shop and they quoted higher than Tesla with out even replacing the parts. I happen to swing by Charly’s and he and his family are a delight. His work is incredible!!! I was amazed when I drove up and saw the completed car.- it’s looks brand new - no lie. If you are looking for a honest , respectful, talent body shop - this is where you need to come !!! I have never been more impressed ! Thank you Charly you are quite the master in repair work!!! Terri”

“I had a superficial scratch on one side of my new car. The dealership recommended I visit here and I made a phone call to make an appointment. The receptionist was polite and upbeat, a good sign. I show up a few minutes earlier, fill out a simple paper work and introduced to a polite young man. He turned out to be the owner Nick later on but I didn’t realize at the beginning, he is a very down to earth person. We move to my car for assessment and I explain my situation including the insurance and preferred method of payment. My car was looking brand new in no time and I could have not been happier. If I need my car serviced in the future, I am definitely using his service again. I recommend with confidence to my friends. Thank you again!”

“I was referred by Ozzy from Ozzy Tires and I’m glad he referred me. The gentleman there changed my rear brake pads and sensor at a really good price for a Mercedes, people normally try and rip me off but I know better.”

“Amazing business being a truly down to earth and honest small business. Sean is by far not only the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with, but his knowledge and skills are becoming increasingly difficult to come across even at dealerships. He's worked on 3 different vehicles for me ranging from 2 daily drivers to 1 high end, high performance luxury vehicle. His skill set is extremely broad and I'm confident he can fix anything on any vehicle from standard cars/trucks/SUVs to high end, luxury vehicles, high performance vehicles and exotic cars/SUVs. He uses OEM parts and has training and certification to handle anything that is brought to him (I belive he started with his training, certification and skills on high end luxury vehicles before branching off to his own shop). He can handle anything from repairing or replacing parts to autobody work and was able to diagnose and repair an issue on my luxury performance vehicle that was at the dealership for several weeks and they were not able to figure out the issue. Aside from the incredible level of quality, he treats every vehicle as if it was his own and has never tried to up sell or do things not needed. Very, very honest and transparent and takes a lot of time to fully explain everything to be done, why it needs done and a very realistic time frame as when to expect to get the vehicle back. He is honest and upfront with pricing (not to mention much more cost effective vs dealer or other shops) and obtains parts from same suppliers as dealers but doesn't up charge for parts or crazy high service fees. That said, I can't compete the review without mentioning his wife Rebecca who is the business manager and as amazing as Sean is. She's incredibly thorough and very easy to work worth. With my busy and unpredictable schedule, she easily makes changes, is in constant communication with updates and ensures the vehicles are ready when promised without any surprise fees or unexpected add on services/charges. As a team, I can not praise them enough. If you're still reading this review, I hope I've help guide you to the only shop I trust to work on any of my vehicles. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for evaluation, even if under warranty, as Sean will be able to ensure the issue to be fixed is correct and can have it repaired, in my opinion, better than the dealership. If any issue with your vehicle, I know without any doubt, it will be in your best interest to have Sean look at it (even before or after the dealership or another shop). They are true professionals, highly skilled, honest and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to them from classics or daily drivers to high end luxury or exotic vehicles. I've been to many dealerships over the years and many other shops and none compare to Sean and Rebecca. Even though I hope to not need repairs or body work any time soon, if so, your shop is the only one I trust. Thank you both for everything.”

“Good customer service, really like the old world charm inside the store. Belts hanging from the rafters. Small isle of merchandise, just like in a movie in the 50's.”

“Best Porsche service and repair facility. No exception. One visit to the shop and you will see why by their recommendations and the other cars that owners entrust to Orbit. No BS: just honest, careful, professional and dedicated and detailed and quality service. Best decision I made servicing my current and prior 911s, GT4 and Cup Car at Orbit and best decision I made having Orbit build me an overland 957 Cayenne GTS. Special shout out to Dustin and Pat (phenomenal technicians). Special shout ot to Shawn for making everything easy and effortless. Special shout out to Rodger (the owner) and Shawn for steering me in the right direction when I purchased my Cup Car and for steering me in the right direction about, literally, everything else Porsche-related. Buying the cup car from Orbit was the best car decision I have ever made and having a race-winning shop take care of it makes me happy.”

“I arrived without an appointment with my vehicle that I need front end damage done to. I had to wait a little because the staff were in a meeting. The front desk associate was extremely kind and pleasant. Offered coffee and a snack while I waited. I was greeted by another associate who looked at my car and took my insurance adjuster information. All this in less than 45 mins. I had my car repaired and returned within a week. The cost was exactly what the insurance company provided. No out of pocket cost except my deductible. And the repairs were phenomenal. I highly recommend for an easy and smooth experience.”

“I had my car repaired back in 2018 when this location was Signature Collision. I had to bring my car back to Signature three times before they got it right...or did they? Now, 6 years later my paint started peeling, so I contacted Crash Champion's corporate office, and requested that they repair the car under Signature's lifetime warranty...they did not hesitate to honor the warranty and repaired my vehicle for FREE! Freddie and the rest of the staff were exceptionally courteous, professional and patient...they ensured a stress-free experience. If I ever need any work in the future, they will be the only ones I call!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service and experience I received. Nate, the manager, and his entire supporting staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and get my older RV properly repaired. I came in dealing with overheating issues after having previously taken the RV to another dealer in Spartanburg, and Nate and his team took the time to work through the problems, explain what needed attention, and make sure the repairs were handled properly. Working on an older RV can come with unexpected challenges, but their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference. What impressed me most was how accommodating everyone was throughout the process. I never felt like my RV was just another job in the shop. Nate genuinely worked with me to find solutions and get me safely back on the road. I am extremely happy with the results and very grateful to Nate and the entire team for their effort, flexibility, and excellent customer service. It is difficult to find this level of attention and commitment these days. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my RV. Highly recommended!”
