“The annual service for our class A motorhome was completed at Cummins in Riviera Beach FL. The Service Advisor Jeff W. was our point of contact from scheduling the service, checking us in and completing check out process. Jeff provided us with exceptional customer service. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We plan to return next year for the annual service. On a side note, for new motorhome owners like ourselves it was recommended to us by the manufacturer of the motorhome to turn off the house batteries when we drop off the motorhome at the place it is being serviced.”
“Thanks to All Roads Kenworth. When it comes to getting parts and things that these trucks need sometimes is not as easy as it was in the past. I have learned this the hard way getting a new truck. It’s sad how the manufacturers do not have the integrity they use to. You call headquarters and they are not helpful. We are all out here trying to make a living. When Purchasing a truck that costs a great deal of money with no help from the very top is not always the dealership’s fault. The prices for parts are completely out of control if it’s not under warranty. We are paying so much for what we are getting. We as consumers are caught between a rock and a hard place. Do we outsource? This is challenging because sometimes depending on the truck you don’t have that option. Kenworth Headquarters needs to listen to the consumers to be better. We need to work together. The dealership can only do so much.”

I will never use another shop for any paint, body, OEM or custom work- just Auto Krafters from now on. Another point that sets them apart is that they communicate with their customers every step of the way. When you need and expect the highest quality work, they even exceed that. My project was a particularly challenging and heavy custom bumper. The paint color was a precision match, and the finish was concours-level show quality. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
