He did excellent job with documentation, taking extensive pictures, paint meter readings, DME report and all the goodies that solid PPI comes with. He even went about and beyond replacing rear deck lid struts free of charge as he felt bad for releasing otherwise a perfect car. Highly recommend these guys for all things Porsche.”

The Service Advisor Jeff W. was our point of contact from scheduling the service, checking us in and completing check out process. Jeff provided us with exceptional customer service. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We plan to return next year for the annual service. On a side note, for new motorhome owners like ourselves it was recommended to us by the manufacturer of the motorhome to turn off the house batteries when we drop off the motorhome at the place it is being serviced.”

“Updated review:I have to update my original review now that I was presented with new information that I did not know prior to today. I truly believed that my car wasn’t driven during the 5 months I was out of the state. However, Kim showed me that I was wrong about this and that my car was in fact driven A LOT.She had me come to the shop so that she could show me everything in person. She showed me the new damage, evidence that a new part was recently installed & the difference in mileage. She then explained the specific reasons for why they could not honor their warranty. Her reasoning was 100% justified & I felt like a complete @sshole. Kim was extremely patient and understanding; she couldn’t have handled it any better!! I truly apologize for jumping the gun and leaving the poor review. Great customer service and a very different experience this time!!”
