Typical BoA cutbacks of staff on hand to meet customer needs. If you wait long enough people are friendly and helpful. Closed on Saturdays.

Horrible! Come at 10:30am Monday just 2 cashiers with a big lane … Very frustrated, go to Chase, best costumer service, there they really care about you and your money . Stay away from BofA ???

Just a complete disaster, this branch has absolutely no respect for there customers, the branch is always closed, no drive-through and they never have enough workers. Please if you don’t care just close the branch, don’t play with our time.

Drive through closed permenetly. Now elderly and handicap can stand in line for service. Was told could do on line banking. How many people in their 80s even have a computer, ridiculous!

I'm not sure why this location gets bad reviews. I do my banking here and have had at least 400+ transactions at a teller window and never had a single poor experience. I don't use the drive in, but I've noticed from the inside that if a teller is on break, one teller has to run from the counter to the drive in and that may delay service for a few minutes. That's it. But personally I've always had excellent service here and it's the branch I go to even though another one is closer to my house.

This is the worst place to bank! So I come in the back regularly to withdraw the Same amount (Zelle app doesn't allow me to do this). I have my Photo ID ( driver's license) and debit card with my own PIN. These “@$?!/;- take me through a series of personal questions that I am expected to answer while everyone is in line standing there listening. Really? Then, since I don't have my cell phone to receive a text message the clerk calls for backup! I will be back to withdraw ALL money from ALL accounts ASAP! This was not he first time I was subjected to this humiliating experience! Oh and and there was a person before me on a previous visit who withdrew A LOT of money and did not have to go through this procedure.

How is this bank still in business? Or any Bank of America? I don't bank with BOA, thank god. However, one of the businesses I work for does and I have to deal with the deposits. The hours suck, and god forbid you pull up 1 minute after they close. Employees are in a rush to get out. They will not help you. It took me three times in the last 2 days to make this deposit. When it's pouring rain, you can't use the drive through and have to go in because they are short staffed. You run through the rain, go in and the lady can't pull up anything to enter my deposit as her computer screen doesn't not work. Seriously 😳
