“Excellent Service. I am a former mechanic, (from the days of steel frames, toe clips, friction shifters, and cross three thirty six wheels). I can be picky, and the mechanics delivered. If there is a problem, they make it right, and I tested their work on my bikes for a week of MTB riding in Asheville/Pisgah. They set them up right and well. I will be back, again and again. (Don't like to do hydraulic brakes on my own, for one). Anyway I know enough as a mechanic to know how good they are.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience renting bikes from Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop in February 2024. They were very knowledgeable (for instance, they let us know that there’s a law against motorized vehicles on the Palm Beach Bike Trail, so don’t rent an electric bike). Their shop had a huge selection of bikes to choose from. The bikes we rented were in great condition and very comfortable. Best of all, this shop is located very close to the Trail so it’s easy to get started. I highly recommend Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop if you want to enjoy an afternoon cruising along the picturesque trail, enjoying the gorgeous water views and get a little exercise too! “Tom and Martha area great. Dads been going there for years, reccomended I have a specialized mountain bike I ordered online shipped there. Tom was very helpful , picked up everything else I needed to get off the road . Left my bike out side absent mindedly ( and stupidly ) while talking to Tom inside, Martha looked out put it behind the fence and proceeded to call it as it is lol.
