We rented a midsize SUV for 4 days. The service was prompt and friendly upon arrival and return. Gabby, who waited on us was very accommodating. We brought an Uber over and she offered a ride back if they have someone available, as we live close by. We will rent from here again. Quicker than the Jupiter location.

I booked a rental car through my insurance today. Gaby from Enterprise immediately called me and gave me all my options. Once I chose a car, she had someone from Enterprise come pick me up. He picked me up from my house within 5 minutes. At Enterprise, Gaby was very quick and efficient. She was very nice, and it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be using this Enterprise in the future and recommending it to friends and family.

I rarely write reviews but my experience today was terrible. I had to empty out a storage unit and needed a larger vehicle for the job.When I drove away, I looked at the gas gauge which should have been one quarter full but was half that at best. The low gas light went on right after I pulled away from the property forcing me to stop at the nearest gas station. When I was all packed up on my first load at the storage unit, the rear hatch door would not open.I had to call Enterprise to get help. The first two times I called for help, I was cut off. I was out in the Fl. sun with no shade having to get help. Finally, I did get a rep who gave me a couple ways to get the hatch opened; nothing worked. Finally, I held down the door opener for a few seconds and the hatch released. It was determined by the phone rep that the hatch was not working properly because it only worked intermittently. After unloading all my storage items, I attempted to return the vehicle. The hours of operation are clearly written on the door as 9-5 but now there was a hand written sign saying "Will return shortly". Not a single person was around and the lights were all off. I returned 3 times before an agent returned. If these places are short on help and they close for an hour or more at lunch, correct hours should be on the door. I will never rent a vehicle from this car rental company again. The agent asked why I didn't just leave the keys in the drop box. I told her I wanted to tell her in person about my experience and I was told this was not her regular location and she would pass my concern to the appropriate person.All I can say is "Buyer Beware" at this location. Only 2 people there and if they take lunch, don't expect them to return "shortly"Very frustrating experience.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone contact to the pick up and rental process. Keenan was very professional and I observed him treating every customer with respect. He acknowledged everyone who entered the office. I don't see that level of customer service these days. The young man from Pennsylvania who picked me up was also professional .He picked me up as promised. This is my second time renting from this location and the service was exactly the same. Thank you.

I had to rent a car from November through June. I had had an accident so they gave me the bargain price of $40 a day I paid out-of-pocket they would not give me any loyalty points, citing it a special insurance cost. Add any other rental I would've gotten a better car for that price and points. Unfortunately since I went through Mercedes Benz, I didn't have a choice but to go through enterprise. The cars were OK. I can't say I was riding in the lap of luxury. Their cars are not equipped with a tow reader, so I was charged for the tolls plus $40 for Administrative fees . Never again.

They made my experience very professional and not complicated. Everything that most rental car dealers are not!! I bought a new car in another city and they accepted the car at another site so I didn't have to worry. They had a great attitude about the whole process. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

This place should be shut down!!! Wish I could give a negative rating. They never have the car you rent. The constantly play bait and switch. The woman who works the desk is horrible. She is condescending and should not be allowed to speak to customers. This operation has made me switch rental agencies. Do not go here!!!

This is the best enterprise Keenan and Shamaz are the bomb. Everyone is super nice and do their best to accommodate you. Everytime I’m in town I will always rent from here.

Thank you to the manager Greg who helped me find & secure an 8 passenger vehicle on Christmas Eve. I was a wreck, he offered to drive me to a different location that had a 7 passenger van & I was desperate so I decided to take him up on the offer. Upon arrival, an 8 passenger SUV was in the other lot & Greg and the managers of that location made sure I got into that SUV & on my way! Thank you for saving my families Christmas road trip!

My review reflects this location and I feel sorry for the poor guy who was left by himself to deal with this mess. The manager was on vacation, it was a Monday morning and 2 vehicles that had been expected to arrive over the weekend had not arrived. Three people including myself were waiting for a vehicle at 8 am. It was not until 45 mins later that 2 vehicles showed up. One person had already decided to drive to a different location closer to his destination. The 2nd person had already ordered an Uber, so now it was just me. An SUV and a midsize arrived, and I was asked to wait even longer for the compact car I had requested. I complained and was give an upgrade. It was an hour from the time I arrived to the time I finally drove away.The vehicle was a dodge SUV. The passenger side rear view mirror adjustment was broken, so I had to get out and adjust it by hand. Only some of the controls on the power seats were working and the front windshield washer fluid was empty. I don't know what else was wrong as I discovered all of these the 1st day.Again, I don't blame the poor guy who was trying his best at the front desk. If it was not for him, this would be a 1 star review. This is the last time I ever choose Enterprise, as it has never been a good experience for me.The Enterprise slogan should not be "We pick you up", it shoud be "We let you down".

Poor experience. Dishonest. Manager had a hard time listening, but had no problem cursing at this customer. Maybe he was having a bad day, but still I won't go back.
