Not sure how they manage to maintain such awful customer service throughout the years, but they’ve definitely accomplished that based on my last experience and the reviews I’m seeing. Unhelpful is an understatement. Miserable and pathetic staff not sure what the problem is but be ready for a crap experience

So easy....if you make online returns and have your label, just scan your label at the kiosk when you walk in the door. The employees were super friendly and helpful also. I didn't have to wait in line at all, and it was refreshing after how rude the UPS employees have been locally. The local UPS stores act like you're inconveniencing them by giving them business, I just don't get it....but all I can say is the self serve Kiosk is a game changer. My only wish is that Fed Ex was more centrally located, as it is a haul for me.

This place makes mailing easy-the employees are so kind, fast, and professional! I have never had anything but pleasant experiences here and I hate mailing things in general. They also have some pretty cool items to buy. Its an easy going nice place to be

With six people standing in line waiting, I would think the manager would grab a service center and assist Instead of doing paperwork as one employee pointed out to me... disappointing... service..??

Used the self help copy machine.... Over charged $30!!!!!!!! FedEx employees were rude and told me there is nothing they can do for it!!!!!! Never again!!!! Horrible!

Wost most incompetent staff. They stopped my shipment because of a past due invoice. Could not find invoice. Switching back to UPS!

I have never waited so long in line for service. Only one person at register waiting on people. He was excellent but needed more staff. Staff walking around but not servicing the line. Many people left since they tired of waiting. Older folks having a difficult time standing in line for such a long time. A person behind me said it was the same earlier in the day. I would go somewhere else or plan on a very very long wait - not and out experience. Need more staff.

Fed ex is the worst experience I’ve ever had with receiving packages they have the worst customer service and they have one person handling pick ups at their drop off location. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!

They will short your order. TWO times they gave me half number of prints I ordered. They will confidently tell you that your prints are all there, but be sure to count your prints. BOTH orders at this location were only half the amount of brochures that should have been there. When I reported this to the store manager (after this happened twice in 2 days) he literally said “what would you like me to do about it”. I decided it’s better to leave a review so I can save someone else the frustration.

Very unhelpful for print services. Wanted help to get paper weight, style, gloss, size for a couple projects to get printed, but no one seems to know anything about it, and was told to just “do it online.” But I don’t know how to “do it online” that’s why I came to get a little help. Happy to take the business elsewhere…

This was the worst experience. Staff rude and condescending as well as just down right nasty to customers. Systems were broken so therefore they could not assist me but I just couldn’t believe how rude the staff was. Fire them all and start over lol.
