Chris Lauderdale was extremely helpful in choosing a replacement ice maker. He didn’t waste anytime and by the end of Tuesday, I had the appliance ordered. It was installed on the following Monday headed by Jair and his two assistants.
They were on time, respectful, and efficient.
Outstanding service and installation.

Had an appliance delivered but there was a problem with it that we noticed after installation. Jamie, the service coordinator that helped me was excellent. He tried to get the appliance fixed but it was going to take months to get the parts. This definitely wasn’t acceptable and Jamie was able to get me a brand new replacement. Everything went smoothly right up to and including the swap out of the old fridge with the new one. Jair, DC and Tony were amazing. They took out the old fridge and made sure to cover my floors first and then installed the new fridge. Jair even set up all the controls for me. They even cleaned the fridge to get rid of all the finger prints Excellent job by everyone involved
