Darius was excellent at giving me every mattress option that could best fit my needs. He was very personable and gave us his full attention! We are very satisfied with our decision due to his help. However when it came to the delivery.. they were rushed and barely gave me a second to think about my options regarding height, etc. 2 days after delivery, the metal bar at the end of mattress fell off. And the base keeps getting stuck on my headboard when I move it up/down.
