Juan was an absolute legend. We live on the West Coast of Florida and spent a week going through over 10 dealerships trying to find a vehicle. Finally I found a Durango listed at this location and contacted them trying to get the process started before I wasted time on a 3 hour drive. Juan reached out and made the entire process effortless. Got my financing approved, my trade in appraised and my monthly payment within my budget and all sent to me before I even left my house. 3 hours later I showed up, checked out the beautiful vehicle and he had me on my way in a half hour. By far the least stressful experience I've ever had when getting a car and it took place with a 200 mile gap in buyer and seller. I keep telling myself it's too good to be true because it's insane how smooth it all went. Absolutely awesome.

Went it to trade in my Miata for something new and wasn’t too sure on what I could get or what I really wanted. I was helped by Sebastian Rodriguez who went above and beyond to make the experience so easy! He answered all my 101 questions and I left so happy. I went home with a brand new Mazda 3! Even though I had a Mazda for 3 years before this, Sebastian was so knowledgeable about the features of this Mazda and I learned things I didn’t know before. 10/10 would recommend getting a car from this dealership and specifically asking for Sebastian Rodriguez to help :)

Best dealer in the region by far! They were always trying to find the best deal for us! The dealership was super clean and Jordan Aparicio was very assertive and willing to help us during the whole sale process! He also speaks Spanish and definitely helped me a lot! I definitely recommend you to come and visit them! 5/5 stars

Had a smooth and easy process buying a new Mazda. Sebastian, our salesman, was great to work with. Friendly and informative. The GSM, Ben, was also great and they helped us get a good deal on our car. We are previous Mazda owners and came back because of the service and quality! Highly recommend coming here for your next Mazda. They are also dog friendly so you can bring your pup since the car buying process can be lengthy.

Beyond happy with my new Mazda and the top notch service provided by this dealership. Not only was Alejandro able to listen and help me get exactly what I was looking for, but he was also attentive, extremely knowledgable, and a great people person. I was initially stressed about going into a dealership, but my expectations were definitely exceeded. Wilbert, who also helped with this process was humorous, communicative, and just overall had great energy. If anyone is in search of a new or pre-owned vehicle I recommend this dealership, and especially Alejandro!!!

I unfortunately had buyers remorse on a car I purchased after inspection and after driving the vehicle for a few days.I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Kannon. Both did an excellent job taking care of my concerns and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. I was able to be swapped out to something that I truly liked and felt comfortable in. Mazda of Palm Beach spent time with me to ensure I left with a smile.Mark went the extra mile multiple times by ensuring I had a new battery on the car and new battery on the key fob, and full tank of gas. He was involved as a leader and not just a manager barking at his sales reps to close deals. I also didn’t feel like just a number too, I felt like I mattered as a customer.For anyone looking to buy a Mazda please ask for Mark as he truly does care about his customers and wants them to be happy.It is rare to see in the car business and Mark is as genuine as they come.

We picked Mazda of West Palm because they had the best inventory. Based on research & reviews we really wanted to try out a CX 5. Tony greeted us immediately and we found him to be really receptive and focused on what we wanted. No upselling or pressure, just an honest effort to deliver on what we wanted. We walked out with our new CX 5 and so far love it! It handles great, has some pep in acceleration, and has a very comfortable and luxurious interior for this vehicle size and class. For reference, we also considered Audi Q3, Toyota Rav 4,and Honda CRV. I recommend Mazda & especially Tony!

BRENT FRY has got to be one of the by far most RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL "Director Of Operations", I'm not the type to bash, shun, discriminate or talk down on anyone, but that guy definitely doesn't deserve that title. As a young indigenous man, this guy couldn't even give me a minute to converse, I asked to speak with him, he came, we made eye contact he turned around and went back into his office. Brent & Eugene Jones blatantly & repeatedly lied to my face when I asked questions regarding my information, I clearly knew the answers to, I just wanted to see how long they were going to run their game, they also told me that I have to put a 2100 down payment to get approved after running my credit , meaning I actually got approved for the car but they wanted me to come out of pocket which is illegal and wasn't going to happen cause I knew I got approved. (15 U.S. Code § 1662 - Advertising of downpayments and installments) down payments and liens(what they put in the letter they send to the bank)is what they put on your car that's why it takes so long and once they run credit that's the first transaction don't let em fool ya people! They lied on my application which is securities fraud so be careful when you're getting a car from this company. I recommend you to do your research on consumer law & how you can beat the dealerships scam!

I got my new baby here and my experience was very good. Sebastian helped me he was very nice and easy to work with, he took his time and didn’t pressure me and most importantly he got me a payment that I feel comfortable with. Everyone else that I came in contact with was very attentive and nice and I had a lovely experience.

I had to leave one star as there is no option of leave zero stars. They have owed me money from August 30th, 2023. I have called several times and have receive partial payment and now on November 6th, 2023 I am still waiting. I would never deal with this company if I were you.

Worked with Tyler Benson. Great experience. He was easy to work with, very responsive and never pressured me into buying. Biggest turnoff a dealership can do is not listen to what you’re saying and push sales when you aren’t ready. Tyler understood that I wanted to look at several cars before buying, and was very respectful of my wishes. I went into the dealership looking at one car, but ended up buying a different car several weeks later. I told Tyler what I wanted, and he reached out as soon as the car was on the lot. I could have gone elsewhere that had the car earlier, but stuck with Tyler due to the way he respected the sales process. Buying a car is a huge financial decision. It’s a lot easier when you have Tyler working with you because you know it’s your decision and not one that you felt pressured into.

The team at Mazda of Palm Beach is awesome! After a terrible experience at another local Mazda dealer, we were treated so well that we've purchased two vehicles from MoPB in the last 6 months. Juan assisted us with our most recent purchase; I would highly recommend him and will very likely do business with the team in the future.

Waste of time. Your call gets transferred and disconnected after multiple attempts. Front desk lies about appointment availability , as if one can't make one online and check. Southern Palms is better

Update: the transmission blew on it and now we have to replace it. Also the whole fuel system needed replaced. Buyer beware!
