I waited for 30 min for my order to find out they could not find it. The manager (with blond and dark braids) was very rude and blamed it on me instead of finding a solution or offering partial of my order so my son would stop complaining about feeling hungry. The young guy behind the front counter confirmed I was at the right location. She kept telling her co-workers that I had canceled it. She doesn't even look at my face when I show her my online receipt. The customer next to me on the line was complaining about his sandwich having cheese after his requested to no add cheese to it. I will not be coming back.

You owe me a sausage McMuffin with egg! I just went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered and paid for 1 egg McMuffin and 2 sausage and egg McMuffins. I arrived at work to find my order was short 1 sausage McMuffin with egg. Serves me right, I guess, for not checking the bag to make sure you did your job right.

to owner, you need to check on how youre employees operate in your absence. we were looking forward to hot cheeseburgers and what we got was cold stale burgers where the cheese was not even melted! a cold slice thrown on the burger. come on now? the cashier at dtive thru was a scowling kid who hated being there.
