If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Over the weekend, I entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle at full list price with no financing or modifications needed from MCB of North Palm Beach. When I called in this morning to complete the transaction and wire funds, the dealer told me that they'd decided to show a local client before letting me close the agreement which is a big no-no when someone has already committed to buying a vehicle. The car sales manager was aggressive and rude and said they only wanted local business and I felt discriminated against throughout the process as they made multiple references to me not being "a local" which is of no significance when buying a car. The GM Paul was very aggressive and condescending and used me as a bargaining chip to bring in a local customer vs. honoring a deal in place. AVOID this dealership, they are unethical, use shady tactics and do not honor business agreements made.

Called in and was told it was no problem to take a look at my car today for a notice that popped up on my dash. Asked the advisor upwards of 4 times if he's sure I can come in without an appointment and have it looked at today considering I would have to drive over an hour to get there. Assured me several times that they would take care of it. Just to arrive and be told they can't even look it for a couple weeks because they have no techs. Two hours of my life and a day off work to be told sorry. Astonishing truly.

I waited 25 mins upon arrival for someone to see me regarding my car with an appt. They were behind schedule with several cars ahead of mine, so my car SUV was there for a week. The problem could not be duplicated. I picked my car up, I waited 30 mins approximately for my car to be washed. On the positive side, Roxey was amazing. She kept me updated.

Service maintenance repairs are extremely overpriced not competitive at all in the marketplace. If you have work done elsewhere they refused to help with resetting the service alert. Basically Mercedes wants to create a monopoly environment where you can only use their ridiculous priced services.

I had a scheduled appointment made with a female operator for a service say with a loaner car. I came in today, February 2 to get the service on time and they did not schedule me as they were supposed to with a loaner very bad service. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a responsive team that you can depend upon. After all was said and done and a wonderful driver named javon dr be me home and picked me up the service manager Ashley was great too- whoever washed and detailed the car did a fabulous job. Had it not been for the woman who did not put me down for a loaner they would have gotten 5 stars! So I upped my review to 4 and now I will Only make appointments through a service manager .

I recently purchased a car from this location. This particular dealership is owned by new country out of New York. They have a very friendly and professional staff from management down to service department. They process and buy the car went extremely smoothly. We were in and out in less than an hour which is something I greatly appreciate.

Since 2000 Mercedes Benz has been my brand of choice. North Palm Beach is the most professional, courteous and overall "we are here for you" dealer experience hands down. Paul P. (Dealer manager) takes a personal interest in the outcome of the transaction, he will step in and "do the right thing" not to make the sale but because it's the right thing to do. Ariel was our personal sales representative and over a very lengthy process as a result of COVID delays, he provided ongoing updates, patience and reassurance that we mattered and not just "an order or requisition". Will only recommend this team to family and friends - that is exactly how we were treated (like a close friend or family) at North Palm Beach.

So disappointed with service department of Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach! Along with poor performance of Codie Kelley. After purchasing a $60k 2022 Sprinter, and 4 months later at 7k miles dropping it off for service for check engine light under warranty. Seems all service department wants to do is find how to bleed cash out of your pocket for service that's covered under warranty, and if you don't comply threaten you telling you you'll lose your vehicle warranty.... 7 days my Sprinter van was in service department and never got an update. I would have to call every 3 days for update. On 7th day they told me they still haven't touch it. I told them I could not keep waiting since I'm a business owner and make a living working out of van. All this just to scan a check engine light that was related to emissions issue. When I show up to pick up Sprinter service advisor Codie Kelley tells me check engine light was related due to my negligence of running DEF ad blue low and I would be expected to pay $587.00 to reset that code. I explained to Codie I I never ran it low and never went below half at only 7k miles. He then proceeded to tell me that his $30k computers don't lie, and that he has to take money out of his own pocket to PAY technician CASH for the time he invested in my 2022 Sprinter...... I'm not sure what kind of operation Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach is running that is having service advisors pay techs out of there own pocket, and what does that have to do with me and Sprinter that has a WARRANTY!... I stood my ground and was not gonna be allowed to be ripped off. NEXT Codie tells me if I don't comply with paying they would have to note I'm declining repair and will be voiding my warranty if I leave with my Sprinter. All over resetting a code. Ultimately I told them I would escalate this issue and immediately they decided to reset the code as a courtesy. So displeased with service department. After this experience I will gladly take my business to any other dealership but this one.

The reality is the can not schedule and service the cars properly. It takes days to figure out what's wrong then days to fix. I would suggest going elsewhere for service and repairs as this is one of the most poorly run places I have seen.

Bought my very first Mercedes a little GLC 300 SUV. I'm in love with it the people there are fantastic and they have always taken care of me. I have boughten other cars there as well.

I had a 2:30 appointment with Aaron (scheduled to wait for regular service). I arrived early and was told he would be with me shortly. Everyone ignored me. At 3:00 I approached a man that said he was the manager. He told me to wait. I told him I had been waiting. I left at 3:15. This is a place that showed absolutely no interest in serving the customer.

Ron was the absolute best. super personable and knowledgeable. called him over the phone to see if he had a car in stock, and he did, and had it in the showroom waiting for me. he helped us fit the payments in a bracket that was comfortable for us. he gave me his personal phone number and assured me that i could call and text him whenever needed. the service was top notch and we didn't feel like just another number. i would recommend Ron to anyone!!!

Eddie Perez made my experience at Mercedes beyond exceptional. I could not be more pleased with my car buying experience. I ordered the new C300 2022 and for almost a full year - Eddie has gone above and beyond making sure all of my needs have been met and that he provided me with weekly updates. I have been telling everyone I know to work with Eddie at Mercedes Palm Beach - I promise you won't be disappointed. I've been through many car buying experiences and never have worked with someone so professional, timely and proactive. No details were skipped or overlooked here.

I've had a Mercedes for one year, bought the car brand new. The car has been out of service for 4 months. I am now paying monthly payments on a Mercedes and driving a Chevy rental. I applied for the Lemon Law. Mercedes has been saying they want to help solve this problem for 3 months now, but won't answer their phone. Horrible experience.
