Customer service is excellent taking my money for hormone replacement (HRT for menopause) then stopping the program right as I start to feel better is, at a minimum, extremely disappointing. Zero communication about why just no access to something that was making me finally feel better. I can’t even get a copy of my prescription so that I can just purchase it off the website. I’m incredibly frustrated and I can’t be the only one.

I've been a customer of this pharmacy since 2018. For over a week now I've attempted to call the pharmacy office to obtain a refill of my medication and no matter the day or time I am always directed straight to voicemail "due to high call volume" to whcib I leave a message. I've also sent messages to their email, messaged the Dr on the portal snd message client services via the portal. I've been doing this for over a week and not once has anyone returned my calls nor has anyone responded to my emails or portal messages. This is absolutely unprofessional and absurd. Im hoping this gets someone's attention because I am very unhappy with this company as this is completely unprofessional.

Beware I've been on a monthly subscription with them for about a year and a half and this month they took my 60$(which I can actually get much cheaper elsewhere)as usual but have not sent me my product. When initially trying to call the phone number it said I was calling after business hours, which I was not. Then the next few times I called it stated they are having high call volume. I left a message after calling literally 35 times just to not hear anything back. AOL also informed me that they have disabled their email. Instead of doing what's right and letting customers know they are having problems, they are just taking your money and blocking every which way you have to contact them. It's all around not right. They still have Groupons out there and a whole website to order off of and take your money but aren't actually sending out any products. Bad business practices, becoming shady. By the time I get my product they will be charging me again for the following month. I'm doing whatever I can to notify people of this, posting in multiple different places, because they aren't gonna yell you that. They'll just take your money instead.

Terrible customer service. Today was the last straw. Once again, I put in a “case“ for customer service, and they never got back to me so I had to call . I have been ordering from them for a couple years monthly. Customer service has gone completely downhill. They have no problem taking your money but don’t let you know that your product is not going to get shipped because they have to re-license with the state, or some other vague excuse. I actually gave them three chances and it never got better. There are so many other sources on the Internet for this type of service and products, I recommend seeking others out.

My first experience with them was fine, but too time consuming in my opinion. I get around to wanting a refill and I ask them about the status of my prescription. They say it is expired, but offer to renew it for free for one time only if I place an order today. I go ahead and then they refuse to honor the free renewal they put in writing to me. I reminded them of that and attached the original e-mail, but they still wouldn't honor it, so I took my business elsewhere and parted with very choice words.Well, a few days have passed since that past week debacle, a company head calls me today and they went WAY over and beyond to make it up to me, so I am upgrading this post. Good management checks their employees work on occasion and they fix the bad apples problem, and management that sincere deserves more than a one star review.

I been on hormone theory for couple months. I have gained more weight and feel more fatigue. Emailed the nurse and she never even responded to my concerns.. THEY where great in beginning to get me to sign up but disappeared after . I would go to OB and have them get you on right medication. My ob has hormone theory in same building . And they didn’t recommend any of medication that mintrx did. Probably why I feel worse. There all about the money! Not you or they would take the time w your concerns.

Excellent experience with this pharmacy! Been using them for a few years now. They fulfill orders in an efficient and timely manner and have one of the best customer-service models - large national chain pharmacies could take a lesson from them. Whenever I've had a question or issue, Susan has helped me sort it out - she's awesome! Mint should be proud to have her in their organization!

Had a Groupon which I used to buy Retin-A here. The process was not so smooth -- NOT their fault --and yet Susann, the Customer Service Rep, helped me very much. Her patience, thoroughness and excellent follow-up allowed me to get my order...finally. Would certainly, order products from MintRX, again -- thanks solelyy due to Sussan and her "above and beyond" customer service. Kudos.
