“Super awesome spot! My problem ended up being more extensive than he thought so it did take longer than expected but he got my phone working the same day and it didn't break the bank. He was super patient every time I called to check on the status and gave me accurate updates. Moe really is the plug for phone needs and fixes. Good work takes time and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to show me what my problem was when i came to pick up my phone and why my phone wouldn't charge. If I ever have any issues this is where I will bring my device!”

“I am going to say this I have gone to the store a month ago and I'm not going to express my feelings to experience that I had but I needed something bad my phone was not working I couldn't remember nothing I took the chance and coming back to this cricket let me tell you that store did a 2 by 4 the store smells good when you walk in looks like they got replaced the store looks spotless organized smelling good and not only that the environment felt so positive the nice gentleman which is a new store manager that was hired not only he went up and above but he knew everything and how to make my phone work and took his time to show me what I needed to show me and that I'm an older woman the guy was multitasked while he was helping me with my phone was doing payments and taking care of other customers cuz he says he does not like to make them wait so he does a lot of things at the same time so I will say I am well satisfied I'm happy with the experience and I'm congratulating cricket for hiring a manager not only with experience for what he told me that he's had as working in a cell phone company but the store looks presentable clean and the vibe and and just the way that store manager I contact greeted me thank you so much for your assistance I will definitely come back and I will spread the word to bring customers as he offered me $25 for every person that comes in to my account. I'm an old lady I have no idea how that works all he told me was to refer them and to make sure they let me know that I'm the one that referred them thank you Alexander Valentine best respectful smiled and made me satisfied with my device I think other employees from other locations need to be trained by him thank you”

Within 2 minutes Chris had this major issue I was having with many of my texts not being received fixed & working. Chris is courteous & extremely knowledgeable.
