Terrible service, scam and fraud business. They took a reservation and canceled it and then sent me to collections for no services or storage. Some random bill sent to collections. Avoid this place they are terrible business and unprofessional. They are better places to rent from.

Nobody in the office. Rented another unit but customer service claimed they couldn’t find my other unit. Finally rented second unit and then access to exit was denied. Line of traffic including my moving truck by the hour, and again customer service couldn’t get the gate to open. Worst experience in all years of needing storage.

Had a move out move in day today lachandra was an excellent help.. got us into the unit we needed with no problems. She was very busy as it's the end of the month and still managed us with no worries! Pump organ for sale!

I had the greatest experience with Kat at the front desk of the Public Storage Unit in North Palm Beach. She understood what I needed to have done regarding my storage needs and went out of her way to accomplish that for me. Great management and staff at this facility.

I moved out of my unit here this past weekend. The gates are currently open to the public. Last week the front door to the storage unit was wide open off the track. I called corporate 3 times and made claims and nothing was done. They said they would send out a supervisor within 72 hours and that did not happen (it was 4th of July weekend). I decided to move out of the unsecured unit, did not feel comfortable keeping my personal belongings there. I received a call from the property manager saying I vacated my unit and have an unpaid balance. I said the front door is falling off. The storage is prepaid. She said it will hit your credit and hung up. Very unprofessional and the lady lives on the property. No parking there. She uses the only parking spot. Very dirty. Nobody is ever in the office. I tried to give a 7 day notice letter to move but the office is always unattended. Corporate waived the balanced and it will not affect my credit. Very bad conditions there. Very bad customer service- rude and ghetto
