The property manager, Lisa is absolutely rude and vindictive. Since October 28th I have been trying to receive a new lock. I went to this location multiple times (during opening hours ) & saw the manager Lisa twice. Both times she ran to the back room. Lisa then purposely closed the blinds while I tried to talk to her. I’ve called multiple times (corporate and store phone) with no response from this manager. After not being able to access my property, Lisa left a $75 cleaning fee that I had no control over. Latasha from the Blue Heron location drove all the way to North Palm Beach to give me a new lock. As we entered the office I observed Lisa in the back room isolated with a dog barking. Nonetheless, Latasha was very helpful and extremely nice. This company needs more helpful employees like Latasha!

I'm extremely displeased with this company. I decided to give them a chance and I regret it.I spoke to Latasha on 11/29/23 around 12:37 PM & she ASSURED me that my access code would work and the lock they placed on my storage space would be removed so I could move out. I told her I'd be there around 7 or 8 PM. I arrive to the site at 7:30 PM, and to my dismay the access code doesn't work. They have a side door that is barely open, what that means is anyone can walk into that storage space and essentially clear the place. I walked through because I know my account is current and Latasha confirmed this. I get to my storage space and the lock is still there and no key in sight.My third time there in 2 days just trying to retrieve my stuff so I don't get charged for another month I don't need my things stored. Latasha or whoever works there, you will be seeing me on the morning of 11/30. This will be my 4th time coming by to pack up Unit 4031. I have to take time out of my work schedule tomorrow just to get this mess sorted out. Do yourselves a favor, store your stuff at any other location but here. It is not secure and the workers are liars, possibly thieves, and don't care.Since their corporate is nonexistent, I'm going to spend every chance I get flagging them about this location until I get a response.

Nice facility but please whoever runs or owns this facility. Please invest in more utility transport carts. There’s no reason for there to be one in each building there should be at least three or four!!!!!!!

There were huuuuge rips in the ceiling making dust go everywhere. I had to move out it was ruining my stuff. Half way through my move out day (started at 8 am)!they charged me $75 for tracking dust in the hall. I actually came back and finished up, took the lock off my unit and vacuumed, leaving it in perfect condition. They should be REIMBURSING ME for the ripped ceiling and the cockroach problem, not charging me. Outrageous and dishonest. A month ago the manager wrote on the outside of my unit “cut locks cart inside “ BUT I BOUGHT MY OWN DOLLY I NEVER USED THEIR CART I DID NOT HAVE ONE INSIDE. My stuff didn’t feel safe there after that. The manager was basically harassing me and she got “one more in” as I was leaving. Unbelievable

Lisa is the HEART and SOJL of this company @ the 401 Northlake location, and they would be nowhere without her. Kind, informative, patient and accommodating. LISA is the BEST!!!

No one at the facility for 3 days to help with a first time renter. Sliding doors to the facility were stuck open. Climate control was at least 85 degrees. I'm new at this but so far, not impressed.

The stalls are nice and the place is clean, only reason I stayed. The customer service is terrible, can rarely speak to someone and there is never anyone there in person in the office. They raised my rent 50 dollars a month first year then another 100 next year. They can do what they want. Nobody ever available to talk to on site or on phone. Beware of extra charges. There was also water damage in my unit , may want to get insurance which I didn't have.

I have had a 10 x 15 unit for 2 1/2 years. my rent has increased 100 each year. I mean are you kidding me??? I started at 286 and it is now 456. I called to speak with a manager or supervisor and they just push everything aside. I understand inflation like maybe $20-$50 but $100 rent increase???????? I am now moving out of that unit into an almost sea size one for 200 month just down the hall. Im so fed up with charges, but like the units.On the bright side, they are very clean, temp control is good for Florida, and it is about 1/4 mile from home which makes it very convenient for me. otherwise I would look somewhere else. They also cannot tell you where in the bldg the unit is or which biding it is in. Nobody is EVER in the front office at my location so you cannot speak to anyone and have a business relationship with anyone. Rude customer service and no help what so ever. do your homework and read reviews and check before renting. Ask when the rent is going to go up. they have the right to look into it only 3 months after you move in!!!!!!! The rent and lack of customer service is my main complaint. raising rent during covid 100 per month was price gouging at its best. Beware.

Lisa is so good! Anytime we had questions she was quick to respond. If she wasn’t able to answer the phone she’d return my voicemail rather quickly. Such a great person she is!

This Place is amazing. Miss Lisa does an excellent job of keeping the area clean and her tenants satisfied with their care and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming here and storing your stuff.

Besides not having enough carts available, no one available most often, not answering their phones or returning messages I am assessed late fees each month even though I make my payments on time. My bank says that each time I make a payment it is recalled by Public Storage. The Public Storage service department says the only way that could happen is if my Zip code is wrong and refuses to look further. I have checked and rechecked verifying my zip is correct. I even reloaded my card and bank information to assure it is correct. However, Each month when I finally get to speak with a live body they process my card with no problems. However they again try to sell me on auto pay and assess the late charges. I have used other Public Storage locations over the years, this is the worst run location I have used.
