Easy in, ready out. They let us have a T-head which was nice as we're a single engine boat with thruster issues. 2nd stay here and the first was just a pleasant.

A huge marina and the yachts have good places to berth!! Well worth the visit but mainly private yachts here, so don't take photos if possible and respect the privacy of other people

Having recently visited, I was disappointed to learn the new operators (Safe Harbor) have ripped out the store/shop from the marina area. This used to be great for drinks, snacks and basic provisions. Now you have to walk around 25-30 minutes in the heat to Publix on US 1 for basic supplies ! It didn't help that the restaurant was also closed for refurbishment but even when open, owners/boaters need better access to basic provisions. Please bring back the shop !!

Sandpiper Cove" was" a 5 star restaurant and Safe Harbor Marinas turned it into a 3 star, Someone thought you could bring Newport R.I. Decor to Florida and Yacht owners would love it. They loved the old place which was beautiful as you can tell by the pictures. Belles is actually ugly with mostly high top brown tables which I'm sure is the decor of most ocean front restaurants in Rhode Island?? Only positive for Belles is staff and location.

Safe Harbor/Sun Communities is not a good neighbor. They operate a Marina and a restaurant-Belles- here in Old Port Cove. When they first took over they took a 4-5 star destination restaurant and turned it into a 3/2 star bar and grill with bad food. Modeled after a restaurant- Belles- in Newport Rhode Island which is located on a dock. Not even close to how beautiful our restaurant here at Old Port Cove was!!Their latest ploy was to add outside seating for 30 people at the restaurant which is immediately adjacent to one of the 7 condos in OLD Port Cove. Didn't consider the noise level or the level of opposition. They lost their request at a Village of North Palm Beach meeting..Why I say they are not a good neighbor is that they also don't allow resident to walk out on the docks, fish. or launch their kayaks or paddle boards from the marinas area. Which we were always able to do since the middle 70's.Old Port Cove has 7 large condos and the Marina is not the end all for the community.. It is nice to have the yachts and deep sea fishing boats but most residents don't care. This is a residential community with a Marina. They are remodeling the restaurant, again, after their first terrible remodel. Adding a crew lounge to an area in the restaurant that use to be a beautiful dining room. A total waste. In my 12 years here I have probably met 10 crew member or owners of these yachts. As stated at the beginning I do not considre them a good neighbor.

Everything is impeccable from the dockhand that greets you and the marina itself to the beautiful dock masters building and Belle’s Restaurant. Loved staying here!

After looking at the reviews on TA we called restaurant to check on availability. Person responded that a table should be available if we arrive soon. We hurried over only to find out that only local club members and their guests are permitted on the premises. No mention of this requirement was made in our phone call. Very poor job of communication.

We pulled in for a night while in the area. First of all, we called Joe on the phone, the dock master, number on navionics, he accommodate us last min. A dock hand came to help us tie up and when we went to the office to fill out our paperwork. They had a welcome gift of wine. Coffee was available at all times too. The laundry facility was very nice. Great marina, highly recommend.Wandering Knapps

Spent time at a beautiful, nicely situated and well maintained marina with my son and his girlfriend for 2 nights and 3 days on Ryan friend's boat called the Iroquois ...enjoyed a boat trip to Peanut island within the intercoastal waterway and anchoring there and exploring and swimming on the shores of that island and returning to the marina for refueling and then docking the Iroquois and refilling its water tanks and washing its exterior to end a perfect day on the water
