The store is well stocked and offers everything from shipping; POBoxes, great selection of cards and last minute office supplies, capability to make keys, stamps, print copies, and charming artifacts. I love Stacy the owner and the team! They provide great customer service and was friendly. Remember folks sometimes people have bad days we all are human and make mistakes. Zero stars….NEVER use this shipper if you value your property! Valuable vintage artwork was mishandled and packaged improperly and not according to agreed instructions. The artwork was destroyed in transit and lost forever!

I had good service here. I needed to find a place where I could have a package shipped and I checked out this place and the nearby UPS Store. When I called the UPS Store the guy on the line was somewhat 'short' with me and didn't seem to have very good command of English. He also said that it would be up to me to keep track of when my package arrived at their store and then I'd have to come and get it right away because if they held the package more than two days then their service fee ($ 5) would double to $ 10.In contrast, when I called Shipping Store and spoke with Stacey (owner) she was very nice on the phone and said that it was their policy to call the customer when their package arrived. I thought this was a much more customer friendly approach and so went with themWell, everything went just as expected. My package arrived and they called me right away. I recommend Shipping Plus for all your shipping and packaging needs!
