We’ve eaten here previously and have quite enjoyed entrees such as the macadamia nut snapper and the sesame tuna. It’s great to sit near the water under the thatched roof dining area. Today’s starters included crispy calamari, and beet salad which were good. The sashimi pizza was also good but tiny. Do not order it as an entree as it is far too small. The big disappointment was the Peruvian seafood fried rice. It was dry and bland. I asked for some sauce but never got it. It was $30 and not worth it despite the waitress recommending it as one of their signature dishes. Overall we’d like more than a below average entree at a place like this.

First time at The Catch and the service was amazing. The back deck area with the gorgeous view of the basin makes this place a local gem. The Sushi was fantastic. Coming from a surfer, I absolutely loved the Surf board and tiki hut with island vibes!

Don’t let the front fool you. Quiet, water view patio in back with friendly staff and tasty food.

Fresh and Delicious! We came here for the first time but it will not be the last. The fish was fresh and presentation was exceptional. Our favorite was a Tiradito as an apetizer with thinly sliced fish , lime and dragonfruit. It was an amazing dish! They also have a happy hour until 6pm with a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the water.Do not be deceived by the front of the restauran, which is quite run down , the quality is in the back!

The Catch is a casual seafood joint that has outdoor dining backing up to a small residential waterway. The food is pretty good, and the service is excellent. The only drawback is the parking. They do offer valet due to the tiny parking lot conditions.Parking: Arrive early to self park, otherwise expect to valet.

The Catch gets an A for atmosphere and service. The food can be good but is a little more hit or miss, with some good Peruvian dishes, seafood and sushi that can be a little overly complex. Paruhuela was a disappointment. Aguadito is better. Order simple items for the best experience.

Opted for this instead of our usual Hog Snappers when in the area, since Chef Jorge Paz moved here. Everything was delicious and came out perfectly timed. Definitely try the empanadas, crab cake and specialty sushi rolls. Service was amazing. Request a seat overlooking the water. Don’t let the building fool ya- 5+ star restaurant.
