Excellent job. My suv is 12 years old and not an easy vehicle to work on so I was very grateful for Jason's hard work & pleasant professional demeanor. Also, the shocks for my older big suv were not an easy find but they got them! A+++++
August 20, 2026 I took my Escalade into Goodyear on Northlake Blvd., NPBeach for a headlamp assembly problem (my headlight was not working & was filled with water). Fabian, the manager ordered the part immediately and JASON BEST installed it perfectly!
Jason noticed that my battery's voltage was low which I had no idea because it was only a year old. They replaced the battery with no charge to me since it was under warranty. I really appreciate JASON's taking the time to notice things that weren't related to why I brought the car in for. A bad battery could have caused me some unexpected problems on my upcoming road trip.
Both FABIAN & JASON are the two main reasons I will only take my cars to the Goodyear store in N. Palm Beach! A+++++”
