Don’t forget your small piece of tape for your Amazon package… they charge $1… for a piece of tape.

Micheal was absolutely amazing!! He stayed calm and did everything to help me resolve an issue with a package that had perishable food that arrived 2 days later than was guaranteed and the food had to be thrown away.
He called corporate and got the entire cost refunded.
So glad to see someone who still has great customer service!

This is the best UPS store I’ve been to. The self scan package drop off was super easy and made my trip faster than usual and the staff was very friendly. Even though they didn’t directly help me because I used the check in, they acknowledged me and thanked me for my business. Great store!
