AMAZING UPS store!! I met Chris 4 years ago and this is my “go to” place. I LOVE that it’s family owned by women (Chris and her two daughters) carrying on the tradition. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Chris, Luke and Hannah are always welcoming.They kid around with me “Whatcha done now Gail?”, “Um you forgot to pay” and Luke always wanting me to open a return to make sure there’s not a Rolex in it??!Chris called me today to make sure an address was correct…..not many would take the time but Chris did.LOVE you guys❣️

My experience, the service at the UPS store front provided by the blonde lady was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, her demeanor lacked courtesy, very rude, no eye contact, and there was a noticeable absence of effective communication.. A more customer-centric approach could greatly enhance the overall experience for customers..

Chris really came through for me today. I had a return from Amazon, a double stroller, that I could not get to fold back into the box because the stroller was defective. The piece to fold the stroller was not working. I dropped my stroller off and explained the situation to Chris. I am so glad that I did. Somehow, some way, Chris was able to figure out how to fold the stroller, without breaking it, and put it in the box. That is the best customer service I have ever had at a UPS.

Lake Park, Florida UPS Is the store that I frequent. For years now. Every time I go in there, Luke waits on me. I should’ve done this along time ago. He is so welcoming, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. And that’s not just sometimes it’s consistent. I just wanted you all to know that.

??Kinfolks please avoid this Ups Store for mailbox service!! The first time I experienced Karen attitude (Chris-Owner) to pick up my package without my key to assign box., which I wasn't aware if it was problem to pick up packages. My stepmother is designated one,but I had packages and to be pick up.When im not home. But my experience with Chris was unprofessional when she spoke to me to say " you need your key next time." Subliminal out loud and not saying directly to me. I recognize the behavior from child, that don't like to directly speak to a person. I explained to her that I couldn't get a hold of the key and I wanted to get my stuff before I get warning about my packages taking up space and it was 2 days over due to be picked up.I'm OTR TRUCK DRIVER and I was return to work from medical leave. While I was traveling I got text message from my stepmother about the key to the mailbox. I called Luke and I explained I was too far to turn around to return the key and I wanted to be advise what I need to do. Luke told me to give the spelling of the person and show ID to pick all my packages. Well on 8/30/23 my stepmother caught attitude from Chris and told my stepmother it's illegal to give u packages without using the key(yelling out). My stepmother notice Karen changed her attitude. When my stepmother was given all my packages. I called Chris to address the issues and attitude. I explained that I spoke with Luke and she over talk me and said" Luke is sick at home and he might have Covid" she just totally disregard what i was saying and said "I'm the Owner!"She was yelling and getting upset saying Lemony Snicket to replace her curse word or frustration and during the conversation she over talk me to get her point across, but denied her tone and attitude!! She doesn't take accountability. I understand ppl have bad days of dealing with ppl or customers get difficult, but to denied her action that she wasn't being upset and I kept addressing her that she still yelling. I cut the conversation short. Because I wasn't getting my point across and I called back to ask about the expiration of my contract. She answered the phone professional and went into high gear of yelling again. I got my answer immediately which was September. ?The crazy part is that the store runs good without Chris,because stepmother has BEEN picking up my package, since I have talk to Luke without no PROBLEMS!! Luke andHannah knows there regular customers, which i love there personality. THE SOLUTION was to add my stepmother to the renewal rented contract, mail the key, or pay $5 for another to be made. This Karen really has bipolar issues to switch her personality from Karen to Happy go lucky! Chris didn't say sorry for making stepmother feel uncomfortable during the interaction. The store owner needs to take interpersonal skills class and anger management skills. Basically this lady really don't know how to talk ppl without having attitude and its sad that you only address the five stars comments, but not the grievances that ppl have with Karen! ?"ITS NOT WHAT SAY, IT HOW YOU SAY IT"

Honestly the kindest people I’ve encountered in quite a while!! Chris goes above and beyond to take care of the customers and is always super kind. I will continue to go to this store forever and ever because of her. Hannah was also very helpful and kind as well!Thank you guys for being awesome and helpful in this harsh world!!
