“We need more companies like this one! Where your trust and business is earned not expected! As my wife and I started this journey of finding our son his first car we expected the unexpected. Or at least we thought. Long story short what took over 4 dedicated months, countless dealerships throughout multiple counties, fights amongst our household and so much more we weren't prepared for we were Hopeless! That was the feeling until we called Steven. Don't get me wrong we had several meetings with Steven where we felt discouraged but not from his or the dealerships lack of efforts, it just wasn't the right vehicle for our son. Steven and the entire staff were patient and considerate of our purchasing parameters and were relentless in finding the right vehicle. They honestly renewed my faith in humanity! I know that sounds weird but what I've failed to mention is that they are a 45 year old establishment operated by a family which just enhanced the entire experience! Cheers to Tropical Auto Sales for their unmatched customer service and making a typically stressful experience seem effortless! I couldn't praise or recommend this establishment enough!!!”

“UPDATE: I did the dirty deed and traded in my car for the TX500h fSport and I am OBSESSED!! This car handles like a dream and has some serious drive smart tech. I get 27MPG and can tow 5,000lbs (easily the boat! So now we can take that WITH the camper ?). Frederico was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very conscientious to feel out my needs and wants and then pull a test drive vehicle that ticked as many of the boxes as possible. I bought the first car I test drove. The only box NOT ticked was the gray interior instead of black. But, my dogs have black fur so this is for the best hahaha. Frederico was very professional and kind, funny and relaxed. I did not feel pressured to buy but we kept doing the “let’s see what this looks like” game until I got set up with “Mo” in financing to finalize my paperwork. And Mo was wonderful to work with. He had TONS of knowledge about the vehicle and just solidified my conviction with the purchase. I was on the fence about a Jeep Grand Cherokee but know Lexus has HUGE reliability in the brand recognition, so there was no comparison. I was treated so wonderfully and felt very valued and extremely at ease throughout the entire process.
While I have yet to actually purchase a vehicle, Hasan has been so extremely helpful to me over my last 3 visits in the last 2 years. I drive for work and have many considerations, including hauling my work equipment. Hasan spoke with me about fears of going all electric versus hybrid versus gas powered and was very candid about all warranties and likelihood of any mechanical issues for their brand. He was happy to allow me to test drive any and everything I have wanted to test drive. But I am super impressed by his knowledge of each model and its features, packages, specs, pricing etc. He is like a walking encyclopedia of Lexus knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend working with him for your purchase. I am building out what I am wanting now to put a deposit on anything that may be available.”

Recently I enjoyed three days researching several vehicles that Classic Cars(Jupiter) had, and if it hadn’t been for Bella and the wonderful finance person that she used offsite, I wouldn’t have my beautiful car AND a great experience to boot.

Ran great, ice cold AC and because it used to be a police car years ago, I know for sure it's been well maintained. They have a decent selection if anyone is looking for a vehicle. Rich has been upfront and honest about everything including the numbers when it comes to in house financing, plus instead of getting paper tags, I get hard tags there.
