The worst with the most unfriendly unhelpful staff I've ever experienced at any Walgreens. Rude, no customer service skills. No wonder many of these stores are going out of business. Where is management?

The pharmacist Matthew is very rude and racist. I live in Riviera Beach and according to Google maps my house is 3.7 miles away from this store and on multiple attempts he refused to fill my prescription saying i live too far. He threw my prescription back at me and said he is not filling it the last time i went. He said I passed 3 walgreens to get to him which was a lie. Riviera Beach only has 1 Walgreens (not taking any new patients for my meds), no CVS and a Publix with no pharmacy. Right now im almost 2 weeks behind on my meds with every pharmacy saying go closer to your home and that this Walgreens is suppose to take me but racist people like Matthew make things way harder for a single parent like myself. Im almost positive if I was white I would've had my meds no problem.

The Walgreens on Highway 1 provides really good service. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is well stocked and the prices are reasonable.

Omg BIG THANK YOU TO COURTNEY. Two employees walk by me as if I was not trying to ask for help. But not Courtney. Stop what she was doing to personally come and help me. And with a big smile might I add. I greatly appreciate your generosity and helping me even though it was something so minor you still took your time out to help me I can’t thank you enough way to go Courtney give this girl a raise

I'm trying to get a prescription filled. 3 phone calls later, still not right. Since when doesn't the pharmacist communicate with the dr or patient. If I don't call, they just won't do anything. This is ridiculous!

Absolutely the most horribly run Walgreens I have ever been in in my entire life! The pharmacy is hardly ever open and apparently they have a two hour lunch break from 12 to 2 and those hours are not even posted anywhere. 2:05 and the pharmacy is still not open, so I bring it to the managers attention, and he has the audacity to have an attitude about it. I was actually stopping in this store to have my prescriptions and account switched Here because I just moved here, I will be finding a different Walgreens. Disgraceful.

I showed up for a passport photo and the camera is not working and doesn't look like it's been working for a long time. The NPB location should be taken off the website for passport photos. Such poor customer experience from Walgreens. Went to CVS at 312 Northlake and got the photo in 5 minutes. Go to CVS and be satisfied

Rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. Not a single person in the store and the staff ignored me over and over. I dropped my stuff and left. Went to CVS across the street, and was greeted with a smile.

Mike in the pharmacy provides a great customer service experience. He's kind, genuine, and always professional no matter how busy it looks to be. This has been my home pharmacy for years and it's nice that picking up my prescription every month is a positive experience.
