Mike in the pharmacy provides a great customer service experience. He's kind, genuine, and always professional no matter how busy it looks to be. This has been my home pharmacy for years and it's nice that picking up my prescription every month is a positive experience.

This is my go to drug store in the Northern Palm Beach area. I've had photos developed here, gotten vaccinations, and regularly drop in for drug store related purchases. It's quiet and clean compared to other options in the area.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IN ALL OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FROM BOCA TO JUPITER! First off, they make u wait without any agnoligment for half a hour and then tell u that they'll be right with you,⏱️10 mins later u finally talk to a upset and negative asian lady or one of her lazy and negative overweight techs. This pharmacy has lost my prescription papers more than once and have been blatantly disrespectful to the point I was even CALLED A " JUNKIE " bye the assistant manager or pharmacist(not sure which) even though I've not so much as had a beer in a decade and can prove it. This past time I'd had enough and that's why I'm writing this. I went to fill 2 scripts I'd just gotten from my doctor of Seroquel 200mg and Xanax 2mg twice a day. I just got lowered from 3 times a day on the Xanax a few months prior. I gave my ? and scripts ?to the Walgreens pharmacist ??⚕️and was told my ? was expired so they couldn't fill. I said I had a new ? at home I could bring when I come to pick up my meds and they said no that I would have to get it first. I drove all the way back home and came back and now the same pharmacist (asian lady in her 50's with a huge forehead) says she won't fill it cause my Xanax are too high an amount. I say it's only TWO ✌️? ? 's daily and that is what my doctor of 10 years prescribed me after a private consultation and as u know I was on 3 pills daily and have been on this medication for 20 years and now I'm on just 2 and you're saying 2 a day is too much for you to fill⁉️She said more than 1 pill a day is too much ‼️ Obviously she did this for personal reasons and not cause of the amount since she personally had previously filled my Xanax when I got 90 instead of 60 each month. This is bye far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and since I've gone to appox ? over the course of 19 years so that's saying a lot. As I said before, they've even ripped up my script before and lost my meds more than once. My count on my scripts has been off three times also and always bye 10 pills. So she's likely taking 10 out my bottle and got almost caught since I reported it and now her anger won't let her do her job! She's overriding a damn doctor!!

Manager was "too busy in the back" to help with a return. I had to leave and go somewhere else.

If I could rate this place -100 I would, store is a mess, employees are aggressively rude & prescriptions take THREE days to fill. On my last visit, my prescription wasn’t filled due to missing a diagnosis code, after some research on the Florida state website it seems to be false information. I recently had extensive surgery & when explaining I’m out of my prescription, one of the staff showed me a scar on her arm & said her injury was worst, it was extremely disturbing as wasn’t there to compete about whose injury is worst with the employees. It’s a big stressful waste of time when picking up prescriptions should be easy, to top it off the pharmacist cussed me as I walked out.

Do not use this pharmacy for prescriptions. The pharmacy manager, Matthew S. is the worst, most egotistical, power hungry individual I've ever come across in my 64 years. I live in Fl for 6 months of the year and until recently resided in PA for the remainder of the year (for 13 yrs.) Last year we bought a home in MA and now spend part of the yr. there. I loved my doc in PA-She has seen me through breast cancer etc. I still fly there to see her for my annual physical and care. I brought a written prescription from her for Ambien to be filled by Mr. S and he made feel like a criminal, telling me to sit while he verified it was legit. He call the doc who is employed by the University of Pittsburgh and is board certified( which the script indicated) and returned to tell me yes it's "legit" but I am not comfortable filling it. You need a local doctor..Who is he to tell me what doc I see?!!! Then he looked and said I see you've had this filled at Publix in the past why not go there.( I'll bet Walgreens corporate would love hearing that he tells customers to go to the competition!) I told him there are no Publix in the north when we are there in the summer and it's easier to transfer scrips within Walgreen locations because they're everywhere. He was nasty. I took the prescription to another location and had no problem, clearly just him on a power trip. I called in a re-fill recently again to this location(big mistake) from a LOCAL doc and guess what he has now put a policy in place where certain prescriptions cannot be refilled sooner than 24 hours from the re-fill date. Mine was due for a refill at 90 days, but looking at the date of the original fill of 11/2/22, I was told it couldn't be filled again until 2/1/23, that's actually 92 days, due to 31 days in Dec, and 31 in Jan...so I was out of the drug and being denied a legitimate refill, which is probably illegal. If this were a critical drug he could be causing harm. This is his personal policy, not Walgreens. I am reporting him to the FL pharmacy board and Walgreens corporate. He is terrible! His staff is wonderful and was very apologetic recognizing that it wasn't right, but they couldn't do anything. Take my advice DO NOT use this pharmacy, nothing but a hassle.

01.21.22 - My daughter went into this store to make a purchase. When she went to the checkout the man behind the counter could not have been less helpful and nastier. Well, let's hope not. She was at the check out holding a baby, keys and a card in one hand because that's all she has is one arm. Her son was grabbing at the divide between her and the cashier. She apologies 3 times with no response. When he finished, he placed her bag on the counter closest to him although he could see she had one arm and it was trying to reach for the bag. Not sure what he was going thru this morning but a little kindness, empathy and compassion go a long way. And by the way, when I called the store to speak to a manager there is none in the store.. "they are out for a few days". I spoke to the "Team Leader" and she had less enthusiasm than the cashier.

Words are hard to find when you are berated and accosted by an employee for what was seemingly supposed to be a simple Fed-Ex drop off. @Walgreens: watch the camera footage from this location around approximately 12:45. You will see me walk into the store and attempt to return a pair of shoes. This is not what happened and I was accosted and antagonize by one of your employees. She even began to shout and cuss at me with other witnesses and employees around saying nothing. It was so random all I could find myself saying in a calm voice reteadly before Iyelled back was, "I'm trying to leave peacefully," as she continued to yell and cuss at me. This needs to be addressed.I started with:1-855-772-0078, then 1-800-825-5467 (which is the employee line), so settled on 1-800-925-4733 with Rashida from Consumer Relations who filed complaint case #18368220 for harassment. It was assault.

Not exactly sure why the store hours say open at 7 and the doors are still locked at 7:10 and someone inside saw me and another person waiting and turned around and walked away. Either change your hours or hire employees who actually work

The slowest Walgreen's that I have ever been to. People are nice, but every time I've gone there, it gets even worse.

Refuse to transfer meds from another Walgreens that the pharmacy was temporarily closed due the whole staff being sick with COVID
