“My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. They are beautiful, high quality, and were priced fairly! The staff helped me clean my engagement ring when we purchased the wedding bands and told me to come back before the wedding so they could do another polish. They helped me out again and even did a treatment to keep the white gold bright and beautiful, and they did this all without charge! The staff is so friendly and the jewelry is gorgeous; I highly recommend!”

“I have a collection of luxury watches, mostly Rolex models. However, I have wanted a Cartier de Santos watch since 1987. This past weekend after learning more about the watch and its history, I felt compelled to simply go and get one!And I did. Ali was very helpful and efficient. I looked at the watch in the display case and knew that I preferred the Medium for my wrist size and it’s perfect. I purchased the watch and a fine gentleman showed me how to remove links and change the band.I wasn’t sure if I’d like the watch after I got it, but I must say, I really enjoy wearing it. And, it keeps time perfectly!It’s nice to walk into a Boutique and simply buy what you want, unlike Rolex where you typically have to wait months for the model you want. But, I do miss the buying experience you get at other luxury watch boutiques.I highly recommend the Cartier de Santos to anyone still considering it.”

I did not go to the watch station to purchase anything at first, I was just looking and my interactions with Mr. Steven would not allow me to leave the store without purchasing something. I only spent my hard earned money at this location because the customer service was beyond AWESOME. “I had the most amazing experience at this location. Let’s just say my wife can be a bit picky and usually hates my gifts. Upon entering the store I was greeted promptly. I explained my situation to the lady working. She asked me a bunch of questions about my wife and helped me pick out a necklace and some matching earrings. My wife was sooooo excited when she opened them. She couldn’t believe that I picked them out ? it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I will only be shopping for my wives gifts here moving forward.”

“The store in located in Palm Beach Gardens Mall on the second floor for you all big holiday spenders. Our flight was delayed, and off we went to the Mall for Holiday shopping. Funny, my daughter and wife's radar led us to Chanel. I must say, the staff was lovely and security was friendly. The selection of jewelry and bags were wonderful according to my wide and daughter. I must say I did like their choices in earrings, and I was surprised that is all we bought. I thought the cost of the earrings were good considering what I might of thought I might spend.
