Every time I come here the line is terribly long while ladies stand in the office beside the front door talking instead of helping the poor teller. No wonder I see a different teller every time I come. Management may need to help. 32 minute wait last time . Going on 27 minutes this time

Why is only 1 teller working on. Friday. Fridays are the busiest day of the week for banks and 1 (very slow) teller is unacceptable. The line is almost out the door now but nobody here has any sense of urgency

I just wanted to say how I had an awesome experience at this bank. They were able to notarize something for me very quickly and I wasn’t even a customer. Nobody does that anymore. There is something to be said about a local bank. And they were so nice and professional! Wow.

Always slow and one teller. I was third in line today and still standing here 25 minutes into the visit with one still infront of me. I've been with them since 1996 and I quit using them except for a rare occasion. But today reminded me why I stopped. Horrible customer service

If i could give 0 stars i would!Terrible place, horrible costumer service, waited forever to deposit a check to an account, when asked the manager if they can help because there only one cashier she said to go do things online!!!

Always understaffed, no customer service and you always plan to wait. Keep driving past this location unless you have nothing planned for the day.

Waiting 30 minutes seating in the lobby and no one ask how can we help you. The bank is not busy at all. I just can into get a letter notified. Even though i had to ask i needed assistanceI was told appointments only but it took 30 minutes to get that information after being passed up several times.Customer service is nonexistent when it come to helping customers to the right services.

Went to another bank and was turned down. Made an appointment for her next day and Christopher Porcelain gladly got me started. Very helpful and courteous bank family. Glad to be a part of this group!

Normally the best, but today my experience with a passive aggressive low key disrespectful, and arrogant rep. at 11:30 am was annoying! When I’m trying to verify what he is doing with my card, although I wasn’t in for anything pertaining to my existing account… and further I was denied the ability to be added to my fathers account, although I have four accounts already at this bank.If it was not for my previous experiences with long-standing employees that I always have no problem with, I would move my whole account all four of them to chase bank to join my other account at Chase Bank. Someone needs to check Mr. know it all and teach him how to be a professional in customer service at Wells Fargo
