I wouldn’t even give this place one start to be honest. I came in here twice for a pedicure and was turned away both times. The 1st time I was told they didn’t have enough time and there was only one person working and an appointment was coming in. A few days later I was told the same thing, except this time it was because they were getting ready to close. It was 3pm the hours online say one thing and then the hours posted on the actual business door say something totally different. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and I was rushed out the salon

Read lots of reviews about how rude these folks are, so I walked through the door keeping an open mind. Went in about 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon to schedule appointments for my husband and me to get pedicures the following week. The woman working there just said, from across the room, “Nothing available.” To be sure I heard her right I questioned, “”No appointments all next week?”“No,” and that was it. She offered no indication of when her next opening would be. She could not have demonstrated a lesser amount of interest in us or our business.So while I can’t say she was exactly rude, I can say with absolute confidence she earned this negative review.Service: Pedicure

I wish I could give zero stars! This was a horrible experience! I am in tears. I am a caretaker for my dad and my hands have suffered. My mom gave me a gift certificate for this place. I had 3 nails split at the side and filed very unevenly. I asked explicitly for the extensions to be placed low on my nail bed to cover the skin on the side as it grew out. Language barrier aside, they were rude! Both the tech working on me and another sitting nearby told me I was too picky and they couldn't do it. Literally yelling at me. They made me feel horrible! Talking down to me with another customer in the room! The tech proceeded to take the extensions off and told me to give the gift certificate back to my mom for a refund, and promptly sent me out the door. Never ever again! Rude!
