After an unsuccessful sale of my vacant lot with another broker, I heard about Joe Ciarla at Anytime Realty. I contacted him the same day and he explained the current market, gave an analysis and set realistic expectations. After listing, we were under contract in less than a week and closed three weeks after that! Joe took the time to answer all the questions I had, and made sure the transaction was smooth. If you need a realtor in the area, do not hesitate to contact Joe!

We are out of state buyers and Katie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and accommodate our needs. She is a very honest realtor and did thorough research to make sure we purchase the right home. She somehow managed to lower the purchase price for us and split closing cost with the sellers.
I highly recommend to hire Katie as your realtor for her expertise and knowledge and also, for her amazing, kind personality.

Joe and his agent Katie listed a home that I was selling in Rotonda West FL. which recently sold. Selling property can be a very frustrating experience but I couldn't have been happier with the results. I find Joe to be an honest person always endeavor to do his best for his client ,in his actions and words and always discussed pros and cons ,and I found that his perception of market forecast always correct
I have rental homes and he sold 3 , unfortunately I made a big mistake and was taken in by another realtor to list my other home which made me realize that Joe worked for me not for the opposite side and also appreciate his market skills and his understanding of all circumstances.
I would recommend him to anyone and will most certainly use him next time.
