I highly recommend Anytime Realty. I called five realtors to sell my lot in North Port. Joe Ciarla was the only one who answered his phone. He knows his market and took the time to answer all my questions. My property sold faster than I could have expected, the transaction was smooth, and communication was excellent. Thank you, Joe! Our condo sold!! Even though the market isn’t great Anytime realty was in there for us the whole time. Everything I asked for they delivered and were happy for it! I would recommend them to anybody in that southwest area, We were very satisfied! We had to ask them to do a few extra things as we were not in the area and they very pleasantly did anything we needed!

So we were approached by Stefany Barbosa about the property next door. She left a message to see if we were interested in buying since it had literally went on the market that day. Stefany was there every step of the way. She helped with all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they may have been. Our real estate agent, Joe Ciarla (Anytime Realty), went above and beyond with the purchase of our new home. While the house was being built, Joe was able to contact the builder and answer many questions we had. Joe also was able to get us to tour the builder's homes that were on sale in other areas so we can see how the floor plan was. He followed up with the builder and kept us updated with the process until the day of closing. He was also able to negotiate a fair price on the home. I would recommend Joe on purchasing your new home.
